For the symptom table and lab test table, to save that vertical space would be to maybe give a page number in the Notes box to a corresponding lined notebook where you can go into more detail.
I think the end pages are good where there are because at the end of looking at your medical planner the last thing you think about is how to improve your wellness after review your illnesses and you leave off on a positive note .That's how I see it at least.Thank you for teaching me how to use this.I bought one and love it.✝️😊
Thank you thank you for such lovely captioning! There have been so many health journal related videos that i have such a hard time watching due to the autocaptioning being less then stellar, so finally finding a video with amazing captions was just awesomeness!
Wow this planner is beautiful! I love the detail you went into with the flip through! I use an ipad and the app notability to make my own custom trackers, I like the flexibility :)
I always open the outer packaging before I start filming because it's such a hassle to try to get it open while filming. 😊 For the lab tests section, maybe it could document an overview of dates and tests done and where you're storing complete results, instead of trying to fit in all the results into those few pages. For the blood pressure section, maybe the section labels could be whited out and relabeled to use for another type of symptom to track. Definitely should have been more generic to allow for more people to use for different things. I feel like some kind of weekly sections would be useful for maybe overviews and ease of finding information. The symptoms tracking section seems less than ideally functional, like not enough space. For example, when I was symptom tracking, at a minimum I was tracking my 3 most troubling symptoms each day. I don't feel like there would be enough space for that in this planner.
This would be better in a ring binder. So you could change arrangements of the pages and how many of each page you need. You could add dividers. Also adding stickers for the table labels. So you can use all of the tables. No more un-useable pages
I dont think this wa designed by someone with chronic illness! Such a shame as I would definitely get one. I also prefer seeing all my symptoms and trackers in a graph form so that I can see why I was in pain in a certain area or fatigue etc. i will just have to continue in my own way!

How do you track your symptoms and medical stuff?
This looks so nice and helpful for the less digitally attuned! I'm glad you did a flip through.
I bought this because of your video. So helpful. Thank you.

Big hugs! I wish more people prioritized accurate captions, too 💖
I can see the products page helping me with my IBS, but I wish it had more space for notes
I use different spreadsheets for a lot of these but am intrigued by this planner. Gimme please!

It would be cool if it was a three ring binder so we could put in what we need in the order we need it to be in.
Or a discbound system, so we can move things around and add stuff in.
I really like your review of this!
I’m so glad I found your videos !
I'm glad you found me, too! 💖
