I’m not here to throw shade at Tiff and Dan. Their programs definitely get results. But just a word of caution: after this general, ab-heavy section of the 6-week shred I was diagnosed with bilateral oblique tears. Space your workouts apart by at least every other day, practice slow and impeccable form, and if needed, consult w a personal trainer first on your foundational strength level. Any imbalances can easily throw your entire kinetic chain awry. Believe me, you don’t want this kind of pain and you don’t want to be sidelined for two months, like me.

some of the sets at the beginning do not have an audio beep when timer ends, did not know you had ended set as I'm not seeing screen entire time while following along.

Know your limits. This is a personal fail on your part

That's totally up to you! You can do them before or after your workouts or on your rest day! Whatever and whenever works best for you!

You can see in the last workout he had at least 2 - 5 min rest but when he edited the video he made it look like he only had 19 secs rest. Fraud!!
