DBL2 INSTALLATION VIDEO

The Dara Holsters DBL2 is a versatile belt attachment designed for secure and customizable holster mounting. This guide will walk you through two installation methods: one around the belt and another through molle webbing. Before you begin, ensure you have the following tools ready:
Phillips head screwdriver
Small tube of Loctite
Installation Method 1: Around the Belt
Lay out all components included in the installation kit.
Identify the slotted holes at the bottom of the DBL2.
Take note of the two posts and riser bars.
Assembling the DBL2:
Align the slotted holes with the posts.
Secure a belt loop bar with Loctite applied to the screw.
Hand-tighten the screws to allow for adjustments.
Positioning on Belt:
Place the flat body on the outer side of the belt.
Slide the loops around the back of the belt.
Flip the belt over and attach the remaining components.
Leave some space for belt adjustment.
Final Adjustment:
Adjust the DBL2 position on the belt.
Compress the riser bar against the belt and tighten screws.
Ensure all four screws are snug for stability.
Adding Attachments:
Optionally, attach accessories like a quick disconnect system.
Apply Loctite to screws before installing.
Installation Method 2: Through molle webbing
Preparation:
Set up the DBL2 components as previously described.
Attaching to molle Webbing:
Secure the DBL2 to the belt using the molle webbing.
Tighten screws slightly more than for belt installation.
Feeding Through Webbing:
Bend the belt backward to lift the molle webbing.
Work on one side at a time, using a popsicle stick if needed.
Final Adjustment:
Position the DBL2 securely on the webbing.
Snug down the screws, avoiding over-compression of the webbing.
