I'm gonna admit. The reason why I (and why my first younger sister hated this anime) is because we only reached Episode 2 and we thought Madoka was a biatch who refused to learn and change from her bad habits (such as smoking) but seeing that she quited smoking gave me hope.

I think she loves him because he was very gentle with him make her laugh many times, basically Kyousuke make Madoka's life more interesting.

I don't know the anime but I loved characters' art style. The girl named Madoka looks like Kagome from Inuyasha.
She's looks like Kyoko Otonashi from Maison Ikkoku
