It’s too confusing
I tried this and was disappointed. I think I spent 3 hours stopping and starting the video only to mess up so many times. I had to give up for my sanity. With no clear pattern, this was very hard to follow for me.

In conclusion I had to stop my self from jumping out my window 3 times
this is probably a dumb question but 5 strings of each color? or should there be 5 after u make the loop?
How much string is on the ends, where do you start your knot?
