    This recipe is great to eat with sticky rice or jasmine rice & fresh/steamed veggies!! You can also use any other kind of mushrooms, it will just be chunkier. If you like yours more of a paste & you use another kind of mushroom, follow this recipe until the end then throw your jeow into a food processor & pulse it until your desired texture.
    Ingredients needed:
    - 5 packs of enoki mushroom
    - 3 cloves of garlic (crushed & chopped)
    - 2 chopped shallots
    - 4-5 chopped jalapeños, serranos, or thai peppers
    - 1 tbsp oil
    - 1-2 tsp padeak (bottled or homemade)
    - 1/2-1 tsp fish sauce
    - crushed peppers (optional)
    - chopped cilantro to sprinkle on top
