    If you have a muscular inbalance in that area and your internal rotation is above average while your external rotation is less than average, would you suggest only doing the external rotation part of the routine?

      No, but you put far more effort into the ER and you could also do twice the volume on ER

      While this hip mobility routine is effective, I recommend doing it 2-3 times a week rather than daily. A flexibility routine like this requires some recovery time to allow the muscles and joints to adapt.
