Great interview. There are people in our lives that keep us grounded. The members of Marillion have for sure found those individuals. These fine ladies are awesome. Fantastic !! ❤ 👍
This is extraordinarily brilliant! Well done and great job to everyone involved. Interviewer aside, to get such a human, authentic and candid conversation with the better halves of the band was genius. Such a great film, the ladies truly were the stars of this. 52 minutes of my Sunday evening well spent!
That was SUPERB! The best episode of 'Loose Women' I have ever seen (if you're reading this outside the UK that's a day-time ITV programme where a panel of ladies discuss all kinds of stuff). All my generation - I'm a 1958 Libran child, and because my own bandmates and I have wonderful better halves too that we all care about and love being with whenever we get the chance, I relate to everything they've spoken about. What a treat to meet you all. You're all lovely.
That was just fantastic ! You learn so much about the “band guys” from what clearly are the better halves. You can see the warmth and shared experiences they have and how that warmth supports the boys in what they do. Just brilliant 🙏
so lovely to see the better halves of these faboulous amazing musicians. They have become part of so many of our lives. I mean....damn I am a Fan since 1983...I was 12...now me is 53...
That was great! It’s always lovely to see Lucy, and the rest of the Marillion Better Halves are equally delightful! I hope to be able to meet you all someday!
Was there at that same gig as Jo in 1982. Not surprised at all Marillion have had such an amazing career. Remember the tingles hearing Steve's guitar as they were soundchecking and thinking this is something really special!
My fave interview eve. This was the one I wanted and I even got my questions answered “was there a song written about you” I even heard a mention of my fave song “This strange engine”
That was really lovely. As if their other halves were going to be anything other than genuinely nice people. (Ant afraid to ask what a purple job is ! 😂)
From France ,i can actually certify that you re married to heroes .. and after 30 years listening to their music ,i can certify too : it s not music , it s something religious. ❤❤
What a wonderful interview. Clearly all the boys are punching well above their weight😂. Seriously though, a really interesting insight into the better halves and their support/ influence on the greatest band.
Example I came across a live video of still marrilion playing misplaced childhood live and the singer sounds like fush but never know nothing about it until I cane across it my mistake

This was a lovely little change from seeing the boys doing their thing. Well done!

Great job, Ant, a lovely interview with the ‘better halves’ - who soon relaxed and were happy to contribute some great insights. 🎉

More love Marillion folk. It is such a gift to have the band, et al, in our lives.

Enjoyed meeting the other halves, charming ladies with the same charisma as the whole band, one big familly feeling!
Lovely to meet you all. Thanks and blessings from Australia 🇦🇺🙏
Mark is an brilliant keybordplayer.
Intelligent, kind and humorous ladies who radiate beauty both inside and out - the Marillion family is truly a Neverland
Outstanding episode ... probably the best one yet!
Great episode, nice to see the bands better halves and how their lives work with the band.

One of the best 'monthlies' to date.

Brilliant episode!! ❤
Awsome beautiful ladies ❤
That was so interesting and I really like all these ladies now too. I was hoping someone would suggest Jo does a song with the band sometime 😃
That was really lovely. As if their other halves were going to be anything other than genuinely nice people.
(Ant afraid to ask what a purple job is ! 😂)

PS Cant figure why they wanted to work in mental health??
Great to finally see Ant Short having listened to every episode of the Corona Diaries for the past 3 years!
What a wonderful interview. Clearly all the boys are punching well above their weight😂. Seriously though, a really interesting insight into the better halves and their support/ influence on the greatest band.
Best Marillion Monthly so far 52:05 !
A human being, on this planet, not enjoying "Ocean Cloud"... I must work through that. Gonna take time.
Great interview - and reassuring to hear that even people close to the band don't get Ocean Cloud either! 😅
Lucy for First Lady !
Well that's the least awkward monthly you've done. The better halves should be in more of them!
Great interviews, does anyone have a link to h singing the Bin Day song ?
Interesting that Linette also calls their son Vibes. Did H ever give her a nickname, too?
Fascinating insight…….. h hoovering the stairs… hmmmmmmm lol
The wives ought to form their own band... called The Wives maybe :)
lucky chaps!
My idea is for tou to talk about the bands Solos projects songs and members
Example I came across a live video of still marrilion playing misplaced childhood live and the singer sounds like fush but never know nothing about it until I cane across it my mistake
Ian is a closet comedian! Extremely dry (British) & the funniest of the lot!
Ocean Cloud…a pee break song…wth 🧐
I much prefer the retail edition of Marbles for that reason.
Better halves?... but isn't it the men in these relationships that are the reason for our attention?
Well, who do they write songs for???? duh
we say 'better halves', because it's their 'other halves', their wives, who keep their husbands grounded... well balanced and sensible!
