I am the most ordinary guy working in a factory on a daily basis. I will never have an expensive car, a beautiful house with a pool or a diamond credit card, but the sun is shining outside and I listen to this otherworldly music. The wife has just made coffee and the grandchildren are playing with the dogs. I wish you a nice day!
This comment filled our heart with warmth, thank you so much. It doesn't matter if you don't live a fancy life - what truly matters is that you're surrounded with people who love you and whom you love in return and that you're able to appreciate the small things, like the picture perfect moment you've described. A nice day to you too! ❤
I am a blind individual that suffers from bipolar disorder and an anxiety disorder. Your music has really helped me calm down and I have subscribed just now. And if you’re wondering, I’m using a screen reader and dictation on my phone to type this comment.

I cannot imagine how life would have been for me without Classical music particularly of the Baroque era. God bless the ancient composers. You actually worked hard so we may live to enjoy your legacy.
Though I am an Indian who has not learnt Western Classical, I have an inexplicable love and admiration for Western Classical Music. Therefore, accidently finding this treasure of music is like winning a jackpot. My sincerest gratitude to those responsible in posting this on UA-cam and allowing us to experience these pure divinity.
I've recently started playing Baroque music to my plants and cannot believe the difference in growth and health, like fertiliser for the soul, thank you 🙏

Good morning everyone, I don't know you but I want to tell you that despite all the adversities we may have in our lives, life is beautiful and worth living with a smile! Positivity is the key to happiness. I love everyone even if I don't know you and I wish you the best in the world.
I can never get tired of listening to Baroque compositions. Some music experts say that it's normal for a newbie or lay person to appreciate Baroque music. I disagree. I simply love its beauty. Thanks for sharing, Halidonmusic!
@@Somuchcooleronline1 I think they are commenting on the inherent snobbery of certain actors, the term was "newbie or lay" implying people with a so called more sophisticated taste know better, music should just be enjoyed.
@@Somuchcooleronline1 Relax ... LEONIDA is talking Trash, as NO expert ever said that. She doesn't even have the manners to reply to your query: the ignorant pig. :)
There are a lot of parallels between music history and art history. I have taken more art history classes than I can count. (Being an artist, that's not very high...) I have found that the vast majority of art snobs are those who cling to the abstraction movements. I hate, with a burning passion, abstraction. I have found, when I study music history in tandem with art history, that I also really love the same periods of music that I love in art.
Baroque and other renaissance music is some of the only things I can listen to while studying that doesn't distract me and also I genuinely just enjoy . I used to have very mild ADHD when I was younger but now I am adult and since I have to take antidepressants it has got a lot worse and I struggle a lot from it, especially with studying and keeping focussed when I used to never struggle with it. I am actually meant to be studying now while I am writing this so I will get back to that lol. But thanks so much for this compilation!
As a fellow ADHD and autistic, I have a deep & unbridled passion for classical music. It is so soothing to the soul. One of the main reasons I studied ballet, too.
I’m a keyboard player who spent his teenage years throughout the 80’s and likes all kinds of music but if there ever was a type of classical music that was to strike a chord within me then it is Baroque. There is something special, pure and timeless about it.
@@burningmatch09 Baroque indeed classifies as being an era of classical music, much like the classical era, romantic era and the like. Bach composed baroque music and is as much a classical composer as Mozart who composed in the classical era and Beethoven in the romantic era. :)
I was walking alone this raining morning and a little tired of everyday routine. I have to convince myself how lucky I'm to be a life and be grateful for what I have. Your music was a detonate and acceleration of gratitude for my humble existence. Thanks for sharing
Because it's played at 432 hz ,it's a feel good and healing music a supposed to 440 hz .most music is tuned to 440 hz which is wrong and unhealthy. It doesn't keep you body aligned.
Best connoisseurs of Baroque music, I enjoyed reading some of the positive messages. Thank you. Keep your head up on your journey, remember that our journey is the destination.
The Baroque Musicians who brilliantly perform this treasured repertoire of glorious Baroque Music richly deserve trumpet fanfare, honourable recognition and public acclaim ! Thank you again, HalidonMusic!
That's incredibly kind of you to say, Alexander 😊 thank you. More recordings can be found on our channel or on Spotify (where these musicians all have individual profiles). Would be happy to provide links if you want!
Like so many, I've never thought much about classical music. But when Covid came and I was working on the computer all the time I gave it a Google try and found Baroque music and Ancient hymns. I don't know what or who i am listening to, but it is absolutely the best for work when you are on your own plus the commenters are so positive, which is such a change.
For me personally, it doesn't get better than Baroque. My absolute fave. Never ever tire of listening to anything Baroque. Truly wonderful. Wonderous players here to play this divine music. How fabulous to be able to listen to such sublime music whilst on my computer.

My wonderful Dad introduced me to music as a very young girl. I played different instruments over my school years but never mastered any of them. Dad loved and so do I many different genres of music but classical is my go to for pure beauty and richness. I wasn't aware of particular Baroque pieces until I bought a Baroque CD and instantly fell in love. Thank you for putting this gorgeous selection together. It truly is The Best.

Listening September 9, 2021 8:30P.M...from the northern part of the Philippines ( Benguet Province) ...Waiting for our Lord's Second coming...with this beautiful music in background.. Pray that we all will be there..
What makes this recording especially beautiful is the pieces are not played too fast. So much Bach and other baroque is played way too fast. How do I know this? Just listen to it. Typically it's like a heart beating....or the ticking of a clock. So much more is revealed when it is slowed down. It was a slower time after all.
Thank you, John. The musicians who contributed to this compilation will be delighted to hear that you enjoyed their renditions. More info can be found in the description below the video. 😊

It's funny how we learn to appreciate classical music by its composer and may never know which orchestra plays it so beautifully unless we go looking for the information. In modern music the artist is laudified while the writers are very much in the background
Interesting remark, QueenofSnarks. We always try and make credits easily accessible in the description box. It's the least that we can do for these wonderful musicians!
@@HALIDONMUSIC It wasn't at all a slight against your uploads. I should have been clearer. I just wondered when we switched the importance between the composer and the artist
I guess is because in order to play that good, you must practice an insaine amount of hours, but it is a mechanical skill, after all. ( An incredible skill, btw ) In the other hand, the composer has to bring all this from the thin air, to imagine all the structure, the feeling, wich instruments has the sound he wants to reach... Is amazing how they bring these gems literally from the Void.
If an instrumentalist plays mechanically, it is not music. The artist must interpret the feeling that the composer intended and convey that to the listener
I get the worst Migraines yet this classical music is so soothing! It's the only thing I can bear to listen to as it transports me from this pain to a peaceful spiritual realm. Thank you!
My childhood pains were not migraines, btw. Have you tried feverfew? Some always grows in my garden; and I dry it. When I get the occasional headache, I eat one leaf (fresh or dried), and it's gone in no time. In my experience, it helps most people with headaches/migraine, but not everybody.
Yes, a wonderful collection of most treasured music, a lifelong inspiration & solace, when we struggle in our lives. Equally wonderful is that these performances are so rich & moving - by musicians unknown (to me), & who clearly deserve the widest success & appreciation. Thanks to all.
Thank you, Michael! That's very kind of you to say. If you'd like to support the artists featured on this compilation, their music is available on all digital stores via the links in the description. 😊
I'd never known about Baroque until I started to play the Recorder and heard so many musicians playing this beautiful music. Now I'm trying to play more and more Baroque music. Thank you.
I am beyond Blessed to have this music available, even though my Gifted Son Derrick was an Advanced Classical Pianist at the age of 15, I never immersed myself into the benefits and appreciate like now.
This is the best complimation of anxiety calming music. This might not be my perfect type of music but I still love and respect the composers that wrote all these phenomenal pieces of classical music. The best of baroque is beautiful. ❤

This is the best video on the internet, seriously. I have misophonia and I know it sounds made-up, but I genuinely cannot stand certain sounds and it has been ruining my life. I bought noise-canceling headphones and I put this on every single night to go to sleep. Whenever I hear a noise that bothers me, I put this on. And for some reason, every other white noise sound bothers me too. Thank you so so so much for this video, I know this sounds dramatic but you have no idea how much this video has helped me. I just bought a sleep mask too, so I'm prepared to have the best sleep ever.
The war in Ukraine is so depressing.I am not a regular classic fan but I needed some respite from the terrible news of the day. I arbitrarily chose baroque from your menu to ease my deep concern for the state of current affairs. The music is so soothing to me that I am experiencing some relief from the continual day to day bombardment of atrocities committed by Russian military personnel in the war theater. I thank the artists who provide such beautiful music in such terrible times.
I understand you, I went through difficult times because of major anxieties. I am better now even if I have not found complete peace. That said, during the worst moments of anxiety, baroque music has done me a lot of good and has even calmed me down at times. However, what has calmed me the most is prayer, I am a Christian and I can tell you that prayer is very effective even if I humbly admit that I sometimes lack faith. Good continuation to you and good courage. I specify that being a Christian does not remove the trials but God supports us.🙂
UA-cam has really opened up the boundaries of all manner of music. Provided, in most cases, that you have a decent AdBlocker, your can listen to anything in peace.
Music unites the people of the world, it brings out the best in a person in their existence, that is why I still have confidence in human beings for the great achievements of the spirit that they have achieved in the history of humanity, such as baroque music.
This music full of knowledge pours out so much empathy and sympathy for people the ground to a meaningful society and conversations. It was a hard time so we owe them a lot when we think about them. what they brought to everyonr listen now in our future..I hope it doesnt end in thtat way their case left and closed. I hope they come back and get their salery and share of our world compensated for thier hard work like we should, too. There no time te be in the grave when they got so low standard make everyone unhapppy. Rise and shine everybody time for a new period of easy easy life- miracles and science .
This is fire 🔥 I have never listened to this genre of music before but I played this about 2 weeks ago and now I listen to this while I work. I can focus so much more!
@@Kaiser-jo3uj the romantic period is nice but I love the calmness of the baroque era.The Romantic Period is music describing a story(programme music) and there are alot of music associated with battles thats very clashy sometimes

You don't think it's normal for a newbie/lay person to appreciate Baroque music?
Socrates92 I think she meant that it’s for everybody not just this type
@@Somuchcooleronline1 I think they are commenting on the inherent snobbery of certain actors, the term was "newbie or lay" implying people with a so called more sophisticated taste know better, music should just be enjoyed.

Baroque makes me like an elegant baroness on a promenade in my majestically beautiful rose garden wearing an exquisite white flowing gown
I’m a keyboard player who spent his teenage years throughout the 80’s and likes all kinds of music but if there ever was a type of classical music that was to strike a chord within me then it is Baroque. There is something special, pure and timeless about it.
Barroque is not Classical music.
@@burningmatch09 Baroque indeed classifies as being an era of classical music, much like the classical era, romantic era and the like. Bach composed baroque music and is as much a classical composer as Mozart who composed in the classical era and Beethoven in the romantic era. :)

That's well said. Interesting point.
I guess is because in order to play that good, you must practice an insaine amount of hours, but it is a mechanical skill, after all. ( An incredible skill, btw )
In the other hand, the composer has to bring all this from the thin air, to imagine all the structure, the feeling, wich instruments has the sound he wants to reach...
Thank you!
It's why I loved it already as a child, growing up in a city with a baroque castle and outdoor summer concerts.

I'm infatuated with the baroque style of music, architecture, etc. It just amazes me
The war in Ukraine is so depressing.I am not a regular classic fan but I needed some respite from the terrible news of the day.
I specify that being a Christian does not remove the trials but God supports us.🙂
I’m so truly happy that I can really appreciate classical music as it also helps me with the different things that I go through in my life. Thank you.
IT'S A PITY THAT THIS MUSIC ISN'T ABLE TO CHANGE YOUR SKIN COLOR, THOUGH...
Love it!!!!! So glad I'm born in this era and able listening to all this beautifully composed gems!
Baroque really is some of the finest music ever produced.
This is lovely, it’s amazing how Baroque is so light , airy and soothing at the same time... love it 😊
Or heavy and profound at times...like Bach.
I agree whole heartedly.
ConservativeAnthem - Yes, especially Bach. I had a CD called "Sensuous Baroque." I can't find it. Now I am motivated to search for it.

@@Kaiser-jo3uj the romantic period is nice but I love the calmness of the baroque era.The Romantic Period is music describing a story(programme music) and there are alot of music associated with battles thats very clashy sometimes

Thank you for an excellent playlist, so artfully arranged. I especially appreciated that you've kept works by each composer instead of a hodgepodge.
I really like baroque works because they reach the Soul in all their splendour. Just like the works of Beethoven, Chopin and Brahms. And UA-cam contributes greatly by the quality of the works presented to enrich the musical elevation of the listeners 😎
The quality of this playlist is unmatched! Kudos for the excellent compilation. 👌 Leave a ❤ if you appreciate the quality!

I was in my youth a concert trumpet and french horn player and to hear those pieces by professionals is very soul soothing.
