Every step of Lee's, is a "Jack Dempsey drop step". For the most part every strike Lee does is a "drop step strike". It's a critical component of his power and effectiveness as is his "kime" (kee-may, old Karate word), for the instantaneous contraction and relaxation of his muscles. Amazing.
Thank you Lee, For teaching the how fight, and the reality of being attacked. Hit the attacker until he can't get up, then go on your way. Thank you for your advice on dealing with the police. I look forward to see more of your videos. Sincerely Ben N. Taylor
Supposen the aggressor is a lot taller and bigger than you, is it harder to throw palms and hammer fist, I practice on the BOB and palming alone feels kind of like a long rage chin jab idk if I'm doing it right. You have to angle up. ?
U can't learn aggression unless u meet someone who teaches aggression. Lee teaches body language.. Voice and demeaner.. Unless one works in a aggressive workplace like security..
Lee is by far the best instructor of real world violence
Yea I like him alot well and the the OG Kelly McCann
Always prepair your witnesses, 'crafty dog' taught me this, and it's so true in a modern world
Lee is total dedication to helping people!!
Been a fan of Lee’s teachings for years. He’s the real deal 👊🏻✌️
Lee and Geoff are amongst the best real world self defence instructors of our generation.
but Miguel Mulder is for sure one of the best too

OUTSTANDING! I like how Lee elaborates on the limitations of the TRADITIONAL approach!
Good to see you again! We met at the Lincoln fest in Chicago when you were with Marty. All the best to you!

Many of these videos have some audio issues. Hate to miss the explanations.
Wing Tsun - we would not punch to the face. Hard to soft, soft to hard - but I get it. He's simply talking about a chain "palm" w/ eye jabs.
Copping attitude is one scenario, the other is the sneak attack ie got a light mate?, ( closing the gap), then bang.
How can any one press dislike??
IDIOTS.
Lol that one guy got backed up during the role play. Glad he is there the confidence he will gain when he does better will be great.
I wonder, who wants to continue training WT after having seen this? ;)
Far point though UC and Wing chun appear to have a lot in common.
All very interesting, as usual. However, is is completely in contrast to the 'roboticness' of Wing Chun...
