I watched NT Warrior as a kid when Kids WB Aired it at the time. It even got me playing the battle Network game to my favourite parts is when Mega man Fuses with another navi called Double Soul.
Double Soul is just the US name for it. it's called Soul Unison in japan. i don't prefer japanese names for everything, but i think Soul Unison sounds cool compared to Double Soul

You can find fairly recent subs of most of them online since people didn't bother doing them at the time. They're still in the works too and if you look them up you can keep up with the progress.

Worry not Conner, Lan's voice does get better later into the series. Can't vouch as much for Starforce. It was alright-ish. NT Warrior was superior in my opinion. Can't vouch at all for Megaman upon a star due to having never seen it. Looks interesting tho. If you do end up binging, let me know how you liked NT Warrior as its my personal favorite incarnation of Classic Megaman. (If you couldn't tell by my icon! lol) Quick warning tho, I highly suggest you use the JP subs as the dub is riddled with censorship. (Guns/violence/etc)

For the record, Lan's voice changes once or twice just a few episodes in, and his dialogue improves immensely. Also, it's funny that you compare it to pokemon, because they were actually trying to compete with pokemon with both the Battle Network games and the NT Warrior anime. There was also an NT Warrior manga, and fun fact: each medium tells the story a bit differently.
I've always wished the X series got a good anime. The day of sigma showed great potential. As long as the fight scenes are good, the story is paced properly, and the voice acting is done right, I feel like it could work!!!! And I have the X archie comic adaptation, too!!! Why can't they start with that!!!!

Megaman NT warrior was my introduction to the Megaman franchise as a whole, to this day Battle Network is still my favorite version of the franchise. I wish we got some reference to it nowadays, its like the only Megaman that never pops up in crossovers.
I knew about all the featured anime but didn't know Star Force and Upon a Star had dubs. Conversely I went pretty far into Rockman.EXE's anime, even into the episodes that weren't dubbed.
So upset that Classic Mega Man, and Mega Man X doesn't have an anime that are solely there's. Also waffle, you missed out on Day of Sigma, that's a Mega Man X anime.
Rockman.exe is hardly forgotten like dude it’s like one of my favourite animes out there.. Don’t judge the series by the terrible dub the sub is way better and goes up to Beast+! The dub only goes up to Axess so yeah if you wanna watch the whole series you have to go with sub. The anime covers almost all the games! Beast+ covers Network Transmission! I have the manga actually, literally all 1-13 volumes but the manga has a different story then the anime. Sadly I don’t have the anime on DVD but I’d rather watch the sub online so yeah.. Also Netto’s dad shows up in the anime quite a few times he’s not missing if you actually watched the show. Starforce is pretty bad but it’s basically set in the same universe just in the future. Like how after Classic Rockman there is Rockman X then afterwards Rockman Zero.. It never aired in Sweden, at least not what I know of. I am a fan of Rockman.exe and I prefer the Japanese dub. When I was 5 years old I remembered Sonic X, Megaman NT Warriors on Jetix and had a toy that shoots out.. marbles. But didn't the dutch one had like 7 episodes?
I watched shows on Jetix when I had the chance also with other cartoon channels since I didn't have it at my dads place so I missed a lot of shows. That is why I am not sure if Megaman NT Warriors was shown in Sweden. When the internet got better I started to watch cartoons and other stuff by downloading it and later by streaming it. Still got my burn copies of stuff on CD. Most of the stuff is not the best of quality but I liked it and it ain't easy to get hands-on DVD's with some shows when living in a different country from where the show was made in. So I don't really have much of a choice if I want to see something. Even if we have Netflix today there is still a cape between how shows are distributed. It sucks to live in a different country when you have to wait to see a show that already is airing in another country or just that show will never be aired for your country at all. Like Pokemon Sun & moon anime. So far only the first season of it is on Netflix for Sweden and I know there is a second season of it and I want to see it.

Megaman NT Warrior/Battle Network takes place in an alternate timeline where Dr. Light devoted his studies to networking and computer technology instead of robotics, leading to the discovery/invention of the internet and cyberspace. Wily remained a roboticist though, so when Light got all the funding and Wily's dreams of creating the classic-style robots were shattered, Wily swore revenge and created the WWW (aka World 3) group in an attempt to either shut down the entire internet or rule it all. I always believed the reason they seem to perform unrelated acts of chaos in pursuit of this goal is a contingency plan: It's both to keep people guessing at what they are actually up to, as well as to convince them the internet is too dangerous to keep around (as a last-ditch effort to get it shut down if they can't manage to rule it).
I think the series who deserves to have an anime is the X and Zero series. The Day of Sigma movie from Maverick Hunter X is honestly one of the best things to watch of Megaman Animation. I would watch them both.

I actually have a super rare "Special Review Copy" VHS of MegaMan NT Warrior that my Grandma got me at Goodwill! It was a loaner tape from Kids WB, that I think was either loaned to affiliated networks or to a Nielsen family.
I honestly adored the Megaman NT Warrior and Starforce series, with NT Warrior being my introduction into the series as a whole (I also watched them both subbed as it was just in case anything might've been edited out in the dub). I always found Lan and Geo to be really fun characters; also side note, Lan's dad isn't missing, he's a scientist who works in a lab and does actually visit home sometimes and Lan also visits the lab to see him. It's only Geo's dad who goes missing via an accident on the station he was in. *SPOILERS* Also the scene where Geo finds out about his dad going missing was the fault of Omega-xis was incredibly emotional for me and I legit cried. While I do adore both series, I would recommend reading the NT Warrior manga instead. And I'm incredibly pissed at myself for dropping the NT Warrior anime right as Dark Megaman showed up, he was such an intimidating and disturbing character in the manga and I was so hyped for him in the anime.
Yuuta from the OG Megaman anime grew up to become Lan’s father and helped develop the EM frequency that ended in the creation of NT Warrior’s netnavi and then the creation of the Star Force EM frequency.

Like how after Classic Rockman there is Rockman X then afterwards Rockman Zero.. In case you couldn’t tell I prefer their original names for the most part.. ^_^;
Upon a Star is probably[[probably due to how few episodes and how old it is]] the most obscure one but the first one Rockman.exe has a lot and I mean lot of fans out there still even long after it’s ended.

Mega man Battle Network and nt warrior will always be remembered by my brother and I, it was a big part of out childhood.
It never aired in Sweden, at least not what I know of. I am a fan of Rockman.exe and I prefer the Japanese dub. I did give the English dub a try because I was curious to hear how they sounded but as ConnerTheWaffle said about Netto's voice haha.
Have given the new Mega man cartoon a try but it was not so good. I have been waiting on the new Mega man cartoon since I got to hear about it but I was disappointed when I finally got to see it.

When I was 5 years old I remembered Sonic X, Megaman NT Warriors on Jetix and had a toy that shoots out.. marbles.
But didn't the dutch one had like 7 episodes?
I watched shows on Jetix when I had the chance also with other cartoon channels since I didn't have it at my dads place so I missed a lot of shows. That is why I am not sure if Megaman NT Warriors was shown in Sweden. When the internet got better I started to watch cartoons and other stuff by downloading it and later by streaming it.
Still got my burn copies of stuff on CD. Most of the stuff is not the best of quality but I liked it and it ain't easy to get hands-on DVD's with some shows when living in a different country from where the show was made in. So I don't really have much of a choice if I want to see something.
Even if we have Netflix today there is still a cape between how shows are distributed. It sucks to live in a different country when you have to wait to see a show that already is airing in another country or just that show will never be aired for your country at all.
Like Pokemon Sun & moon anime. So far only the first season of it is on Netflix for Sweden and I know there is a second season of it and I want to see it.

Actually, it's literally the same year as the original Megaman. Megaman NT Warrior/Battle Network takes place in an alternate timeline where Dr. Light devoted his studies to networking and computer technology instead of robotics, leading to the discovery/invention of the internet and cyberspace. Wily remained a roboticist though, so when Light got all the funding and Wily's dreams of creating the classic-style robots were shattered, Wily swore revenge and created the WWW (aka World 3) group in an attempt to either shut down the entire internet or rule it all. I always believed the reason they seem to perform unrelated acts of chaos in pursuit of this goal is a contingency plan: It's both to keep people guessing at what they are actually up to, as well as to convince them the internet is too dangerous to keep around (as a last-ditch effort to get it shut down if they can't manage to rule it).

I think the series who deserves to have an anime is the X and Zero series. The Day of Sigma movie from Maverick Hunter X is honestly one of the best things to watch of Megaman Animation. I would watch them both.

I actually have a super rare "Special Review Copy" VHS of MegaMan NT Warrior that my Grandma got me at Goodwill! It was a loaner tape from Kids WB, that I think was either loaned to affiliated networks or to a Nielsen family.
I've seen em all and boy does it bring back memories.

I honestly adored the Megaman NT Warrior and Starforce series, with NT Warrior being my introduction into the series as a whole (I also watched them both subbed as it was just in case anything might've been edited out in the dub). I always found Lan and Geo to be really fun characters; also side note, Lan's dad isn't missing, he's a scientist who works in a lab and does actually visit home sometimes and Lan also visits the lab to see him. It's only Geo's dad who goes missing via an accident on the station he was in. *SPOILERS* Also the scene where Geo finds out about his dad going missing was the fault of Omega-xis was incredibly emotional for me and I legit cried.
While I do adore both series, I would recommend reading the NT Warrior manga instead. And I'm incredibly pissed at myself for dropping the NT Warrior anime right as Dark Megaman showed up, he was such an intimidating and disturbing character in the manga and I was so hyped for him in the anime.
1:03 the reason for that is that Megaman.exe IS that iteration of Megaman itself because this Megaman goes through *the Interwebs*
