I was Originally Charged With One Count Of Murder(Attempt) , On My Arraignment Date One Count Of Murder Attempt Was Indicted And One Count Was Dismissed. This Caused My Release From Detention One Hour After Court. Are These Grounds To Quash The Indictment?

Exceptions to the rule however are: That the facts charged do not constitute an offense; That the court trying the case has no jurisdiction over the offense charged; That the criminal action or liability has been extinguished; and Double Jeopardy.
