It's crazy how fast you progressed!
When I was 3 or 4 months in, I was still at the "okay listen to this...no wait, start over...crap...let me try that again" stage.
Your progression over 5.5 years is phenomenal. You’re soooo awesome. I’ll never tire of hearing you
Play ❤️❤️
Awwe thank you so much🥰
Some people are just gifted in guitar. And she is one!
You, Lexi Rose, have progressed so much during these few years... Looking back, you can see just how smooth, cool and so much better your guitar playing abilities have become. This feels not only fun to watch, looking at how well you pulled off some of those crazy shreds, which I love, but it must also have made you feel truly satisfied and proud of your improvement. This journey looks really inspiring... How you did justice and nailed many of the crazy hard songs we know and love - real cool.
I have been playing guitar for almost 25 years (still learning, still progressing, still refining my techniques), so, I've about forget the feeling of being "fresh" . I still have some recordings from like 2007 and then some from 2018-2019 ( I haven't recorded much in the last few years, life has been something else lately...) and it's always good to go back and check them out. I have a few tracks, that I still play, and I like to go back and listen to the first time, I ever played it - I often will get maybe 1 bar of a riff and then will hit record and sort of improvise a whole song idea, out of it. I have a few of those from back in the day and it's fun to see the progress and to see the original idea. Always make a habit of documenting your song progress, if possible, because it's a good way of gauging progress and documenting the idea before it get's too convoluted.
I'm rambling but great progress, Lexi, keep it up!
Wow ! Your progress is just awesome !
Kudos to you.
I'll tell you what Lexi, your ability to shred the way you do now after starting only 5.5 years ago, coupled with being self taught, is simply phenomenal! 🎸 I was in Charlie's LGA50 class last year after starting my guitar lessons in the Spring of 2017. You play circles around me my dear. 🎶
clearly your not practicing, 5 years you should be far more advanced than you make it sound.
yeah i just looked at your video , your not practicing at all.
@@gatormcklusky5850 not certain what video you’re referring to
Awesome look back - How far you have come! When I was playing a month, I was trying to play an F chord - with limited success. Also, notice how fast you progressed - shows you are a prodigy compared to most!
Your growth as a musician is truly inspiring! 🎸 It's been incredible to witness your progress over time, and your recent renditions are simply phenomenal. Your dedication and passion shine through in every note, and it's a joy to listen to your performances. Keep up the fantastic work, both musically and personally! 🎶👏
Looking back on your progression from 5 1/2 years ago is amazing Lexi. You should be very proud of yourself. Keep on rockin’ and shredding 👍🎸
Gotta stay constant every day. Thanks for sharing. Keep the content coming. Hope you have an incredible weekend. Much love
Hardwork and consistency pays off! Can't imagine how much efforts you put on guitar..🙌❤
Love it. What you have accomplished is amazing.
Thank you so much🥹
I'm stunish can't belive the progress Lexi total aprove your guitar lessons and production of all your videos
Your progress is astonishing. I played guitar at 13 but was never consistent. You inspire me to want to chase my musical dreams again
Hi Lexi, new sub here! I just saw ur progress clips as well as several other videos of you playing and I’m very impressed! I’ve been playing for over 40 years n I’ve toured for 20 of those years and I can honestly say that you just inspired me to learn some of those solos that I grew up hearing like VHs “ice cream man”, It’s like no matter how much u play there will always be something new (or old) to learn. I like how u go from Pink Floyd to Pantera bc those are also two main influences for me. Great job!
You sure learned very quickly from day one till the end of your first year of playing guitar! Your a great guitar player and can hardly wait until your next video 👍
Practice makes perfect and you proved that. Keep getting better. Thanks for sharing.
Hey Lexi! Real cool to see your progress. I definitely agree with you that a guitarist's skill can be measured by their ability to bend strings and vibrato. Oftentimes that's one of the first things I notice when I observe other people's playing. Have to give you props on your trem bar skills! Keep shredding all my favorite tracks! 🤘
Your playing at 3 months is actually insane, I started playing maybe 6 months after you and I feel to get to that point I was playing for a year or more
You have been developing skills of guitars 🎸 Absolutely incredible and got a great talent reflection. Finally, your famous accomplishment. Good luck 👍 ❤🎉🌹🌹👋🎶✌️!!
I love enjoying your self-taught and pronunciation. It is very clearly beautiful sound and resonate so well. 👍🌹🎶👋
You are getting better. Keep up the good work. I always wanted to learn to play the guitar but I have never found the time.
Totally Amazing Lexi! You nailed the Ice Cream Man solo I had to pick my jaw up off the floor! and you were what 15? A lot of dedication right there! I believe this is the best period in music history we have access to so much of everything especially amazing talented fine people like you!
Your progress is great !! Nice Work
at 2 years u were awesome love seeing this im just back playing again as of 6 months ago and am saving all videos like this hopefully ill be shredding like u in 4 years i played when i was younger for a few year but never could sweep pick
A beautiful, distinguished, bright and always shining girl. Thank you for sharing these special moments of your life with us. I hope to get to know you personally one day❤❤❤❤
Simply amazing and this is proof some people naturally pick it up and some will never be able to do this no matter how much work they put into it.
🎉were proud of you lex.youve come along way..jeep shredding
You have been practising different guitars 🎸 for five half years. It is very wonderful journey experience. PRS and Razor back Rust are relating, sound great and resonate so well. Good luck for your career. ❤👍🎸🌹
Great run you really and you have truly proven that if you want something bad enough go out and stay with what you believe in
Pure satisfaction! Love it!!
Looks like you've had one heck of a glowup all the way around Ms Lexi. You love to see it 😀
This was fun.
You are so awesome and inspiring! I wonder where I'll be with content creation in 5 years.
I started playing a year after you and without lessons or anything just teaching myself, you got me beat by a mile. but I'm an old man it is harder to play when you're older and I do have an existing injury in my left forearm so there's that, but I'm making progress and I'm having fun and that's all that counts and you got really good in 5 years girl. awesome,😀
Your improvements for each month were strong. Not everyone improves that fast. You're awesome.😊
Brilliant, makes me feel less shite on the start of my journey. Thanks for sharing
You are awesome Lexi....keep it up!
You sounded great Lexi.... You can tell that you're naturally talented from the early stuff you did.... 😊🤙
Ms. Lexi; you are a bonafide virtuoso. Even your earliest attempts where sounding very good. How do you get great at anything? Practice. You have obviously been practicing. Keep up the good work.👍
Wonderful journey experience reflecting for your achievement. ❤🎉!!
All I can say is Wow! You prove the point that it is the hours you put in, not the years. Great job!
My admiration and total respect for your talent, thank you for sharing your music, cordial greetings from Peru
At 4 monhts you were at a place that took me an entire year LOL, you're just so skilled! awesome talent and constant practice definitely helped obviously but you are just so good!
PRS, Les Paul, and Telecaster are all guitars that I really, really want right now. I used to have a white Les Paul Custom but I sold it, so I want to buy a Les Paul again, but I'll work hard on streaming and earn enough to buy one, so I'll do it.
Interesting to see your progress Lexi , I never documented my playing and do not like to film it. But I’m coming out of a different time and I’m a introverted person. Like your style of playing! Rock on 🤘
In a nutshell, I'm up for that!.It is very great reflection experience, expert guitars 🎸,improvement and your achievement. ❤🌹🎶👋
Just came across your channel. So awesome that you are playing the modern classic artists (Dime Bag Randy Rhodes, EVH, etc.)! Now it’s time for some Tim Henson 😉
Kidding aside, amazing progression for just 5 1/2 years!!
Fantastic improvements. Greetings from Hamburg, Germany.
I been playin 30 years and i dont come close to you ! Superb
You are werry good for 5 years playing 🎉 I have play for 34 years. Good job !
Amazing what just 5 years of consistent dedication will do, So much improvement, and now you're up there trailblazing with the others. Soon you'll be at 300K within another year and a 1/2 I would say. And the last soft red hair, Pretty Cool Too. lol Just a Great Journey Lexi, glad you get to make music for a career, pretty awesome. Have a fun weekend.
Hey babe, I thought this was awesome of you for doing this. I really appreciate what you do. Love you, babe.
This was a great video! You have REALLY put the time in! Have enjoyed your videos and your shorts and have even learned a trick or two watching you play! Plus love watching your hair styles and colors change from video to video...Quick question, do you think you would have progressed as fast without youtube? It has really changed the game.
u are such an inspiration, i started playing like two month ago, but i have a very busy life so its hard to keep the practicing :(
So brave in sharing. I'm glad I don't have footage of me beginning 😊
I got hooked on your channel thanks to that Gary Moore YT Short.
You've learned quite fast, especially on your own. Well done 👍
Maybe one day you'll teach us how you've done it.
Awesome, I enjoy listening to you play. Oh, and I found you through Stevie T!
Such an inspiration watching you play… I been taking lessons about a year and I still feel like I’m not progressing. Any helpful practice routines, tips you can share?
GnR was the shit back in the day……slash, dime, hammett, and Wylde are the reasons I picked up a guitar……legends
Congrat sweety girl. Bravo. Big respect❤
Thank you for sharing!
Just amazing progress. Gives me cold chills your so good. Wow 👍👍#175
"Congratulations on your five-year guitar progress!. That's a significant milestone. "❤👍🌹🎸
Lexi you are beautiful and extremely talented. I am a fan boy. LOL. It is amazing how fast you picked up the guitar. I have played my whole life and i cannot play like you. Truly gifted and talented.
Really liked it🤟🔥🔥
Wow... nice...
Hope to hear some Vitto Bratta lick like Little Fighter...
Keep on Rockin' 😄
As I wrote many times before, Lexa, your guitar journey, mainly because the precociousity, is a quite baffling, but ready verifiable proof, that serious determination and focused discipline, can make wonders..! P.S. My Prosit for your next guitaristic milestones, pretty girl..!
I love your channel and the way you play
Awwe thank you!!🥰
En tan poco tiempo,el progreso es abismal... genial!!!
Very inspirational and awesome to see your progression over a 5yr period. I've been playing over 30yrs and you are already a smother guitarist than me and thats pretty dang impressive.. makes me want to through my guitars in the trash, lol jk
Keep it up Never stop 🤘🏻
Absolutely awesome ❤️ 👌 👏 ❤❤❤❤
Wow. Leaps and bounds. I would have guessed that you had been playing for twice that long. Way to go. And that guitar did you NO favors at all. The fret spacing and the width of the neck are pretty wide. But hey, thanks for sharing. Love to see stuff like this. Especially since you're so good now. ❤
And I'm gonna go ahead and boast and say that the first time I actually tried playing guitar I could do the double hammer-ons in Metallica's cover of "Am I Evil." Went from that to being chief songwriter and singer/lead guitar player in two thrash metal bands (the first was like Slayer+Megadeth, and the second was like King Diamond+Death). And I've played around 70 live shows. Anyways, it's been a long time since then. But one day, when I write a few more books, I shall return...
Your little story about your pinky finger reminded me of why I quit guitar lessons. I always thought I was just odd but hearing the same thing from someone as good with a guitar as you are, admitting that you felt the same way, is wild lol... the difference is, you knew how to navigate around that and I quit. I take my hat off to you!!!!!!
You progressed more in the first 5 months than I have in the past 5 years. I like your Claddagh necklace.
This is pretty amazing. I don’t personally know of any other players who have pretty much mastered the instrument in such a short period of time.
Personally, I’d really like to hear you tackle some Richie Kotzen stuff. The “Can You Feel It” solo springs to mind. 👊
It is very fabulous journey guitar player for five half years of development. ❤🎉🌹👍
👍 keep on rocking !
Down picking for eternity lol✊🏼
I could watch you play all day...
Lexi have you ever tried Sails of Sharon yet? Request time!
I literally feel like that would be up there with tornado for you!
I learned It like 4 years ago, but I'd be able to do it way better now. Not as good as you though! You are dead on with the Symphony solo, literally sounds like Marty 😮
Ugh why are you so perfect
Good stuff!
Hello beautiful, I think your progress in one year was incredible. Thanks for sharing your videos, I love them.❤😍😘
I started playing guitar once more also. Non sighted self learner to!
That's absolutely incredible for 5+ years. Sounds like you've been playing your whole life!
you actually beyond a good guitar player I've been playing for 20 years and your way better than I am 😊
THANKS..YOU HAVE TURNED INTO AN AMAZING GITUAIR PLAYER..NEVER STOP BELIVEIN.....YOUR FUTURE IS GONNA BE INCREADBULE..THANKS..FACT AMEN 🙏
Keep going.... U r great !
🤍🤍🤍Thank you for the inspiration to keep going 🤍🤍🤍
Aww.. like watching a caterpillar evolve into a beautiful butterfly that plays guitar. Happy 420 🌷🦋
She is awesome!!!!
Keep it going you are awesome ❤🎉
Thanks
Thank you🥰
Wow the difference 2 months can make between the first and second clips!
Great, congrats on your 5 year guitar journey.
Thank you so much!
Wow !!!
💙❤💛
Great stuff.
You were created to be a star and a creator❤
Not only is your guitar playing top notch but your hair is very pretty. Especially the style when you were playing Van Halen. You look good with bangs. I don't care how good anyone plays guitar, if your hair doesn't LOOK totally rockin', it's all for nothing. Well done \m/
Very impressive progress! Especially being self taught. Did/do you have a structured learning/practice routine or just learn what feel like playing? And how many hours do you practice for in a day/week? I should add, i've been playing for years and have no trouble with chords and short riffs but when trying to learn a solo it takes AGES!!! 🤘
Lexi Rose 🌹 // you rocked always
Well lex... That's why they call it rock and roll.... It's not supposed to be perfect like jazz or anything like classical music to the note to the note it's all depends on where your heart is... And how well you want to play you know some of the greatest songs are just three chords three notes and the right beat. The bright side is at least you started at a young age I didn't pick a guitar up until I was 40 years old... And you will find out how good your hands really are when you get to the certain points in life my advice from somebody that's been sitting on a fence and around it....🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉 Keep playing keep learning
that guitar in the back looks so cool
