rule based bidding has been around for a long time. It's the scheduled part which is new
Rule-based bidding has been around for months and months. MAG is losing their touch.
If we analysis our Business report and Manage order and then schedule rule base bid for specific hours when we got mostly orders then this work really well at low bids for other hours

I have this rule based bidding for month now, not 48 hours
How do you know for which times of the day you should be bidding higher? I guess the only way this makes sense is if on certain times of the day your conversion rate is higher. How can I know if my conversion rate is higher on certain times?
through business reports - we usually analyze best hours for certain campaigns and set up rules based on that.. been getting great results
