A Beautiful Day For A Hike Along the Au Sable River On The Wolf Creek Trail / Mio Michigan

Head out on this 4.1-mile loop trail near Mio, Michigan. This trail is great for birding, hiking, and running, and it's unlikely you'll encounter many other people while exploring. Trail users will enjoy views of the river throughout their walk and from time to time be able to watch a variety of wildlife. The Wolf Creek Trail system is located adjacent to the Town of Mio. It has two access points. The first one is located approximately 0.5 miles north of the stop light in Mio. The second one is 2.0 miles east of the stop light on County Road 602.
