Thank you! Yes, I took the trail starting from Moffat Tunnel Parking Lot. There are actually multiple Forest Lakes but I followed the COTrex and Alltrails map and hiked up to 3 lakes. The last lake was kind of tarn and was on off trail (a short climb/boulder hoping)
