Man, great video. Colorado is spectacular. I’ve backpacked the 4-pass loop & in the Collegiate Peaks wilderness. Planning RMNP next year. Awesome you guys moved out there. Bet y’all miss this Arkansas humidity. Ha ✌🏼
Glad you enjoyed it. You know we are constantly commenting on the lack of humidity. RMNP is on my list before summer ends. 4 Pass Loop is on the list, too.
Glad you liked the video. You have to get an overnight permit through recreation.gov. We started at the Hessie TH. Parking is tough. We were lucky to get a spot on the road to the trailhead. There's a free shuttle from Nederland, though. The hassle is worth it. It's a fantastic hike. Cost is minimal. Overnight permit was less than $15. I think it's $5 a night plus a reservation fee.
@@hikingandwhatnot no need for a parking permit? I guess that's why the parking is tough. I plan on doing this hike this summer...perhaps I'll plan to arrive VERY EARLY in the morning.
Great job on the video! My son hike that trail and your video gave me a great feel for his experience. Happy Trails!
Glad you enjoyed it!
Very nice job filming and editing. Well done, and welcome to Colorado!
Thanks so much!

Nice video! Enjoyed it a lot.
Do you recall what permits you needed to park/overnight and about how much they were?
