Middle Slizzer roll tutorial

  • The middle Slizzer roll combines a sort of inward drag sound with a unique tongue roll. The sound is a bit like the inward click roll, but it has the tongue straight, not curver backward. It's also a bit tighter.
    All in all a great sound!

    Man thank you so much finally got it ! If u scroll a bit down you'll see my old comment before getting this xDDD Anyway the sound isn't that hard, the tongue position is the most important though. By the way, the tongue isn't really flat when doing the slizzer roll itself, it's kinda going up a bit but you feel like it's flat. One more thing, I got after one week the side slizzer roll as well (both left and right) !
    Thank you again for everything bro you are *AWESOME*

      I haven't been that active lately with beatboxing, but it's nice to know the videos I did a while ago can still help people.

      Hehe, sounds good. But as long as you get the sound once, it's a great sign. Just keep trying different ways of doing it and you will eventually learn it.

    When every I try to attempt the slizzer roll my tongue vibrates a lot and sounds like the inward click roll, how do I fix this?

    • @sp3ctum
      @sp3ctum  4 роки тому

      You're doing the middle roll? It's hard to say exactly, but maybe try experimenting with more pressure and trying with the tongue more to the front or the back.

      @@sp3ctum its when u say "hud" inwards. its very simple just a quick google search and you'll see it. im really trying to get this sound but i am struggling with tongue position.

    • @sp3ctum
      @sp3ctum  4 роки тому

      @@woodsbeatbox5319 yeah roughly, the sucker punch is what you're looking for. Although this sound is more specific whereas the sucker punch you can do more easily.
      It's usually very hard to explain the specifics so just keep trying and you should get it.

    I want you to do a tutorial on the inward clickroll(The vocalised one and the slow one and the normal one you know the one without breathing and b-art version I know its clickroll+Inward bass but idk how to make my clickroll slow)
    And no offense but I don't like your explanation, I can do this one and I almost always use it everywhere xD what I would think of it as of the position of a tongue bass with having your tongue flat on the roof of your mouth.

    • @sp3ctum
      @sp3ctum  7 років тому

      +Stare LSX your explanation is a little different but good.
      I'm not the best with inward bass, but maybe that slower click roll could be like the inward od lip bass sound I do in this video for example: ua-cam.com/video/wzPQe8R-E14/v-deo.html (around 30s).
      What do you think?

    • @stare8562
      @stare8562 7 років тому

      Yeah I can do the inward od bass, well I love od bass and I do most of it's combos and use it everywhere too. and I'm not telling you to do the B-art clickroll, I'm good with inward bass just tell people to do the click roll +Inward bass well my problem is the clickroll(the slow one that B-art does) and I would love to learn it.

    • @sp3ctum
      @sp3ctum  7 років тому

      Yeah, I guess that's my best guess how the sound could work. I can't do it myself, so I doubt I'll be of much help.
