Super Saiyan 4 Vegeta's Ultimate attack has been a one shot ultimate attack since Xenoverse 1 and even got a buff that made it a death star laser that destroys anything in it's path but now with 15 bars of ki it has to be one of the strongest ultimate attacks in the game now, being able to easily overkill and ignore limit bursts!

It might be worth just putting the Krillin Super Soul on a 10 ki bar character for the 15 bars instead of relying on Meditation...

Step 1 be female earthling
Step 2 heavy stamina break close to ground
Step 3 throw out hakai
Step 4 final shine
Even if they limit burst to try and get out of hakai the final shine super armor frames will ignore the shockwave and then kill them and since its a 1 hand skill it looks like your just throwing all your energy into hakaing there limit burst

I’m so happy Final Shine is getting the recognition it deserves, it’s such an underrated move, it looks cool, the damage is great, it’s all around just an amazing move to me
It's a very niche move. Doesn't seem like it's really that amazing when theres a bunch of Ults that do so much more much easier
@@ihavenonamestilldonthaveon8970 it’s actually one of the highest damaging ultimate moves if you have high ki, not to mention while it IS multi hit, the hits repeat so fast that your health still gets drained like crazy when you get hit by it

@@dbzfreak08Unplayable character, never hits because like OP said, trex arms.her hit box is terrible, she misses almost all her basics. In a game where lag is heavy most of the time, tiny basic range is crippling.

I have to say, thanks for the content on this game over the years. Dbx2 has so many flaws and the game is awful to play online, but I love it. Played this and the first one from the second they went live at midnight on release. I’ve always been into character creation and what’s better than dragon ball with your own characters? Thanks for the love you give the community that definitely doesn’t deserve it half the time lmao. Still holding out and praying for dbx3 and good servers. Can you imagine a modern dbx? The customization??? I would just have to hope there’s barely any micro transactions. Anyways, enough rambling. Love you fam, stay safe and take care. Thanks for the years of content on this game.

It's stronger than break canon i did multiple tests with builds to showcase max possible damage(just the ultimate no combos) breaker canon did 66.4k and final shine attack did 74.9k In addition Angry Explosion was close 66.4k while angry explosion did 68.2k i havent tested Final Explosion but that one requires Max Stamina.
kinda cool that meditaion is different between male and female characters.
Gravity impact after a stamina break is a perfect setup for final shine attack

You could use Lovely Cyclone to keep meditation up. I think it’s one of the best skills to use for keeping something going🔥

Maybe try to change your stats and go full ki and ki blast for these 15 bar challenges? It would be painful, but maybe not as painful as getting the buffs and then firing the ultimate in time.
You should try combining Toppo's super soul with SSBE, since SSBE counteracts all of the super soul's debuffs except ki, which Divinity Unleashed is for. A Final Kamehameha with those boosts on a 200 ki blast Female Saiyan would melt health bars...

hey Steedoj first comment here but i found a moveset im having so much fun with so its meteor strike, big bang attack, finishing blow, a charge move or beam super( been playing around with that slot) for ultimates im going with dragonfist and and good old super kamehameha just cause i like em and mach dash for the evasive. maybe you wanna try it out but anyways awesome Xenoverse content my guy have a nice day :D
One thing I wish the game added was a tick mark under stacking souls like the Galick Gun, Kamehameha, and Double Sunday ones, especially Double Sunday as it actually needs to connect in order to stack. It's annoying having to try and keep track of things like that while fighting some degenerate one trick pony that only knows the single best trick in the game. I don't think adding a little subscript "X(whatever level of stacking)" onto the little icon would be that hard to do and would be an immense Q.O.L. improvement.

Meh female saiyans in my opinion were still good at lvl 99 with the right build, now though I will say that the lvl 120 helped them a lot especially when it comes to ki blast damage and even strike.
I have two female saiyans ones strike based and the other is ki blast based, both can one shot opponents from full health if given the chance.
On my ki blast based one her stats are 200 in ki blast skills and the rest are divided between ki bar and stm so I have 10 ki bars and a good amount of stm.
Same goes for my strike based female saiyan but 200 in strike in stead of ki blast. Both are respectable and both do massive amounts of damage.
I mean this in the best way possible, bro, what was he THINKING bringing Formation instead of Lovely Cyclone for buff refreshes?

Edit: Mach Dash is a mixed bag. It's a fast invincible refresh, but it overwrites your better refresh with It's shitty short duration.

How many attribute points do I need for 15 bars of ki? I have a +5 qq bang and _really_ like using ki blasts.
You can only get 11 if you put 155 points I believe. You can put 82 and then use “Power, a lot of power, it’s great” to have 15 at all times. Or you could just use meditation and then use lovely cyclone to maintain the meditation.
I just noticed that when steed did meditation,the character did a different animation. Is it because she was a female
Isn't it easier if you use Lovely Cyclone to extend Meditation instead of Formation?

For your sanity I think you should respec and just max out your Ki instead of trying to manage mediation if you’re gonna keep using 15 bar ultimates

Yeah. They do it that way so people don’t perv on the female characters. If you do the meditation emote in the multi-lobby female characters do that same pose.
