1) you're technically sacrificing a super soul that can increase all the stats of your character for a gimmick 2) the gimmick can be easily punished if you use it consistently but ngl it's pretty good. Actually this concept inspired me to make a female saiyan character for like the first time
You can also use the SSG Vegeta super soul 'Pathetic'. Activates if you hit an enemy with Blazing Attack, whether it gets blocked or not. Gives M boost to strike and ki abilities plus the same to ki restoration, stacking three times. No negatives along with it, too.
I'm more of a trap specialist. Snaring people with Reverse Shot. Getting them comboed with Double Crush at the same time. Twin Darkness Star for the too close for comfort Striker builds. Chronoa's delayed moves to catch people offguard. Fuu's minefields for camping. Vacation Delete for the extra long stun into raw ultimates... The entire battlefield is my weapon. Yeah I'm no fun I know, I know...

You honestly don't need points in damage even 200 points is only a 20% damage increase, you can get that out of an awoken or super soul, you can get higher out of both as well, it's useful to have points in damage but not necessary either
Depends on how you're using them, kaioken Kamehameha does more damage than an uncharged X10 Kamehameha, but fully charged X10 does more damage. In PvP kaioken can also leave you open if you miss due to how long it is
Several actually Final Shine Attack, Emperor's Death Beam, Final Explosion, Revenge Death Ball, Crush Cannon, Blaster Ball, Godly Display, probably Power Rush, Break Cannon, Neo Tri-Beam, and Super Ki Explosion should all do more damage at full power. Only CC will use the same amount or less ki tho. You can possibly get more out of Prominence Flash as well. If you're asking only about super attacks tho, I think only Ki Explosion, Crush Cannon, and Blaster Ball can beat it. Oh and Neo Wolf Fang Fist

Beast, Toppo soul, and a reinforcement skill such as Fighting Pose G or Justice Pose to add some extra damage. That's about the best I can give ya since I haven't used a Namekian or Majin since 2018, Toppo soul is kind of the one size fits all shoe that completes a fit and Beast is the 2nd highest damage awoken in the game for Super attacks, the Pose is just kinda there as insurance.
Just do a ki build on your chosen race, the races don't affect the damage all that much in the end. Use beast for a close to ssbe damage buff. On top of that look for a good super soul to buff damage, you irritating little pests isn't too bad or the Broly one that gives a medium buff every time you use a reinforcement skill, if you run Mach Dash you can get it off your evasive I believe. If you still need extra damage use the reinforcement skills that buff blast, iirc both formation and fighting pose I think k is the one that buffs blast, I think they stacked but it's been a while since I checked

The issue with x10 is that it's very slow to charge and fire. People prioritized speed and combo-ability in Supers over raw damage.

Vanishing Ball still has a long charge time so it’s only ever useful when you use a character with a long knockback or knockdown.

Super saiyan transformations give you the ability to teleport to your enemies when you fully charge them. Big bang Kamehameha, 10x, etc.
