The opening "let's watch some more videos" sounded like Magnus had already succumbed into a nightmare of being a full-time UA-cam personality, but him laughing at a person slipping and banging their knee on a volume at 1:39 confirms that he is still one of us
Magnus, are you planning on colab again with Pete? Almost anything that you do together is really entertaining, specially the bouldering "competitions". This channel is also very funny to watch. Thanks for the time and effort, this make my day.
The ham dyno is something that we do in Spain, the Spanish ham is very cherished here and it's a big part of or culture(also really expensive, so it's nice to get one for free) the hard part to it is that the ham is really slippery. Once a year my gym does this, basically they start with a smaller dyno and if you stick it you go the next round, then they keep hanging it further away until only one person can hang from it, that gets to keep it.
Hey magnus I just wanted to lyk that you’re the biggest reason I got into climbing. Watching your vids have really made climbing seem so fun and rewarding.
Hey Magnus..... Have been watching your "regular" channel for a while (love it) and..........think this one is an amazing addition (thank-you) re: the final clip - climb is in/@Squamish BC and is notorious for sketchy gear placements but...the leader is/was somewhat inexperienced (fortunately neither he nor the belayer were seriously damaged) Thanks again for the all the hard work - really appreciate and enjoy your content (hope it's paying off for you) p.s. your video with Honnold (you know which one) is one of the only climbing videos that gave me anxiety attacks and made my hands sweat while watching - geeze dude.........
Yea, I remember seeing the final clip before. Basically that guy was new to Trad and thought he knew a lot more than he did. Luckily he was okay, but a girl died in the Gunks a few years ago when all her pieces pulled.
Hey Magnus, enjoying the more laid back content on here. Are you going to collab with the storror guys in the future maybe? Would be fun to see you do some parkour in the streets and also see how they perform in climbing, since some of the climbing challenges they’ve done seem pretty difficult already.
1:31 Kinda sad to see this clip, that climbing gym (beyond bouldering clovelly park) was shut down just 2 days ago because of a government infrastructure project.
In case you are still wondering about the crimping board 3:55 we have one in Boulders Odense, the video is also from Denmark so it might be local from here.
Love to see small UA-camr Magnus getting inspiration from the biggest climbing UA-camr Climbing Stuff doing reaction videos, you’ll reach his level one day!
Adam Ondra should have a remix version of ACDC Thunder where they use his screams for the parts before "Thunder!". Someone clever can mix it themselves.
Hi magnus, i’m 19. Been climbing for approximately 4 years now and have won national competition, i would love to see more vloging like you did in the start of the main channel, and a walk through your camera equipment and some chalk/climbing shoes reviews, well anyways, keep going, love your stuff💪💪
I generally don't leave comments, but I think it's important that people watch videos like the broken leg one. Even if it's ugly, you have to face the fact that climbing is inherently dangerous and you can never get too complacent with safety. I do agree that a little warning would be nice. EDIT: Off-topic but I really love these videos! It's nice to see you more relaxed and just having fun.
You don't show that kind of content on a channel that has little kids watching. End of discussion. That was vile, gross and so increcibly far below the regular standards of a Midtbø video.
I don't really like seeing or hearing about the bad accidents either, so you're not alone there Magnus. The unique and funny vids are a nice though, looking forward to whatever casual content you throw out next man :)
The one with the bones crunching is the Mario Cinderella boulder in stone fort lrc, Magnus I do recommend you do some southern US bouldering. It’s ver fun.
I was projecting a sandbaged v3 with 2 other people at Carabiners this past monday and all 3 of us finally sent it, all 3 of us did it differently. I had to push my knee against the side of a large hold to keep my balance while i matched my left hand from my left side to my right side( without the knee i would fall off the moment my hand passed by my body) to me sending it WITH the knee was an acomplishment because nobody else could do it that way and i couldnt do it without the knee. 2 males and a female, all of us differnt weights and heights. I felt so acomplished because in 3 years of climbing i had never used a knee that way, it was a first application of that technec, it was simular to when i applied my first heelhook successfully. never had any idea it was shamed apon before this video. in my community the only thing we look down apon is taking long rests on the wall while traversing, which i still do anyways, personally im just playing a game of the floor is lava and nearly anything goes
nice content magnus. i really like professional reacting videos on youtube. nothing better to listen to a professional explains things. only thing, i wish the screen was higher so you would look more straight to the camera instead of looking down.
much love from someone who cant fucking sleep for reasons outside of my self that i cannot control and its 4 in the goddamn morning. really enjoyed your content for a long while now and i aint even a climber like that although id love to be able to
Please Magnus. Do a little more pr for this extra channel. I didn't find it untill today and I have followed you for years. It's easy to miss. Subbed now :)
The boulder at @8.26 is at Stone Fort in Chattanooga, TN and the area is called the Super Mario Bros Boulder I believe?. Looks like he is trying one of the harder extensions maybe the V6 version.
Obviously the people jumping for the ham were in Spain, jumping for a jamón! :D And yes they make it super oily on purpose... However after several tries with chalky hands it gets easier quickly. My indoor gym organized the same competition, as a non Spanish i was speechless for a second haha
oh wow, that broken leg video ive never seen but thats my home crag... Little rock city aka stonefort in chattanooga ten. thats the super mario boulder v4 but could be doing redhouse v7. same finish. I'll have to find that video!! sounded gnarly
Hey Magnus, any chance you might use this channel to upload some gym content? I really liked your old formats of just trying hard at gyms but I understand why your main channel moved away from that. I think it would be dope to see you upload some stuff like that on here!

Hey @MoreMagnus439. Like the new channel and the funny videos. I remember seeing that video of the woman falling at 2:30 many years ago and showed it to my buddies at the gym. It looks weird and we tried to figure it out. I think someone lead the climb and then tied her in so she could go up on top rope. You can see the belayer's rope going first to one of the quickdraws and then up, while the climber's rope is going straight to the top as you would do on top rope. However, it's on an overhang and she is obviously a beginner = someone should have known better!
The french climbing champions Mickael and Bassa Mawem released some of those pinch and crimps duo contest with their brand if you want to get in touch!
Dang that last one was scary..... I was in an indoor Gym once Belaying a mate, and without warning he jumped and tried to grab an over hang which just ripped the rope through my hands and sent him to the matt, thank god it was low.... the gym owners saw it all and didnt come over to say anything, I didnt even know that could happen I felt freaking horrible
That bone cracking sound is going to haunt me for weeks 😰
I absolutely have a new phobia now
Timestamp please ? so that I can avoid watching it

im traumatized
@@mckortman6148 thanks champ
Thanks for blurring the broken (leg I assume), I know some people like seeing that stuff but like yourself I hate seeing bad injuries.
I agree haha I hate to see it
i appreciated that SO much. as a sports fan i'd assume i can handle seeing injuries, but nah. it's one of my least favorite things ever lol
tib and fib according to the guys insta
agreed!
I love seeing it. It helps me to learn what NOT to do. Get those pads properly placed under the person bouldering!
I don't remeber ever hearing magnus laugh great to see him enjoying not being pressured by uploading on the 2nd channel
The opening "let's watch some more videos" sounded like Magnus had already succumbed into a nightmare of being a full-time UA-cam personality, but him laughing at a person slipping and banging their knee on a volume at 1:39 confirms that he is still one of us

I'd love to see this again, I've watched all those videos so many times
Yeah hopefully soon!

Hey! Dats me! 6:01 I can confirm it did in fact leave a mark…several marks…on my entire left side. Nothing compared to the bone snapping though!
What about your chin though? 😋
Magnus this channel is a great idea. I've been wanting extra videos from you. Thanks bro
The one with Tom broke me 😂😂😂😂
❤

omg this is so fascinating XD
I would train dynos so hard for jamón
i love this so much
that one in particular is in Navalosa, it is a climbing/music festival called Festiblock
Doesn't it get nasty with all the grabbing?
This new channel is so cool. Thanks for doing it Magnus.❤
Thank you for being the source of clips and memes which I cannot find on my own. More of this please :)
Hey magnus I just wanted to lyk that you’re the biggest reason I got into climbing. Watching your vids have really made climbing seem so fun and rewarding.
Never thought I'd hear someone comment that a person didn't match the ham for 3 seconds but here we are. 2024 must be different

Upload some classic bouldering sessions it’s so cool to see you climb normal boulders 🙏🏻
]I enjoy them too
I just realised how inconvenient it is that shin and chin are one letter apart but on the complete other end of the body.
Wait until you find out you have biceps in your arms and legs (biceps brachii, biceps femoris).
Hey Magnus, enjoying the more laid back content on here. Are you going to collab with the storror guys in the future maybe? As a rock climber I FELT that fall on the slab. As Magnus said, it can TRAUMATIZE you’re shins 😂😭
your chins* haha
That was the last set in our local gym in South Adelaide. It closed the other week to make way for a road upgrade.
I love the new channel. It's like we all get to relax together a bit.

Or Depeche Mode's " Hear the Silence" 😂
Thank you so much for the video. We love MORE MAGNUS!
Multiple chins were hurt in the making of these videos.
Luckily the shin made it. RIP chin.
This was fun. Some really funny memes too. Also, although I usually don't notice them, your thumbnails are great 😄

I believe soon you’ll have tons more views on your videos. Just keep posting, don’t let anything or anyone get to you and always keep your knee up.
Do you use a Greenscreen? Cause the background looks very dark. Looks nice!
Yes!! Thank you Magnus!!

a warning is necessary when showing something like this

Gore content without a warning is completely inappropriate. I'm surprised UA-cam has not stepped in here.
I mean he didnt show it, you just heard it@@webonlol
very nice chill format for videos
I really enjoy this content, Mr. Midtbö.
need some more of that good old bouldering videos man, its like crack

Adam Ondra has a scream song on his UA-cam channel, it's awesome! I spent a whole gym session listening to it on repeat 😅
I love how he lays the ham grabbing contest at the feet of the Italians with no explanation 😂

WhiteOak has the finger strength dueling thing in their store. Me and my friends had a lot of funn trying it out at local event!
their is already and adam ondra scream song on his official channel. And even a video where he shows the secrets to his screams with a vocal coach :D
"Oh! His chin!" got me rolling 😂
The crack route is Anunnaki (or Annunaki? Spelling seems to vary.) in Indian Creek in Utah. Cool route.
Thx for bluring! We want more memes!

"Bark your shin"? Like taking some bark from a tree, I think that is the phrase magnus needed.
