Magnus is actually awesome at controlling his momentum and timing his moves.
He’s got great strength and body tension.

It’s cool. It felt like Magnus’ love for climbing had started to die out quite a bit. Then he started doing collabs with Adam and now the fire is back in his eyes
Adam is so psyched for anything that resembles climbing movement it must be infectious

I have no idea how you see that at all, and his first collab was over two years ago at this point. It's just that Adam is so psyched he makes others also seem psyched even if they're just trying to sell you chalk and clothes.

When I started climbing we only had a spray wall. Me and a few of my buddies started making our own routes, and I truly think making your own routes on a spray wall is an extremely good way to understand climbing better.
Guess Magnus warms up now, he is human! Great video, interesting perspective.

lol I really got that friends who haven't seen each other in a while vibe. In the beginning the vibe was so awkward but after sessioning together it did a 180°

I watched this video after watching More Magnus bouldering video. It’s incredible you two could still climb at that level after 7 hours of strength challenges and training. It also explains why you both stumbled here and there. Incredible endurance and strength. Wow.
I like how you can compare this to the first Adam+Magnus video, and you can see that they are more comfortable with each other. The first video was very "fan meets hero", but now it's more "friends hanging out".

I need more of these Adam and Magnus training and climbing vids. Adam, would be cool if you took Magnus out for a hard project and film that, nice to see Magnus shoot for super hard route again, and I think you'd be the right guy to encourage it.
It's insane how Magnus, at his age, probably not spending as much time training as the much younger Adam (who is training for the Olympics), can still be very much in the same ballpark, keeping up. That's just mind boggling to me, the longevity of such a high level.
Magnus is 4 years older than Adam, and 35 is not really that old for endurance/strength sports, especially outside of the professional circuit. I bet he'll be very strong for quite a while!

As i keep watching the video, i take a very interesting tip for the warm up "you should also be creative for your warmup" like little A to B challenges with a few tweaks.

Yes, me 😁 Algorithm threw up Magnus’s vids and I’ve been watching for a couple of years. I love how mutually supportive these super-accomplished climbers are, and this series of Magnus & AO vids is such great fun ❤️
Magnus's comment on how tired he was at about 17mins shows the difference in dedication to training and the result in performance. I admire both climbers but that dedication is key.
