I bought a 2017 cbr 1000rr black back in 2018 for 12 grand brand new from the dealer. I haven't riden it since February because of thieves breaking the ignition switch and lock and is on back order. I cant imagine being as young as you are and the insurance it be. Be safe my guy and love the content. God Bless!

hey man just a heads up on your future builds, SEM Trim black spray paint is a urethane flat black that matches a lot of frames on oem bikes. Try it out, you can even put a little on a cap with brush and brush it on.
@@CJMediaOfficial One more thing, I meant using a tiny brush for scratches. If you are covering anything larger than a dime size, the can sprays really well, and the paint levels and spreads amazingly.

@@CJMediaOfficial Sorry, but any damage that conforms & possibly cracks a swing arm needs replacing. Not only for your health, but for the health of the person who later buys the bike & doesn't know the bikes true history. It was the same with the Ducati 1198 Panigale, that was a lot of front end damage on that bike that it broke the lower clamp on the triple tree yokes & could possibly have bent or cracked the frame, thus affecting the frames alignment. There's a guy called Matt on youtube with a channel called the Dirty Garage Guy, who has degree's in mechanical design/engineering & he's been doing reaction vids to your bike builds & he's been pointing out all the mistakes you've been doing & explaining why. Matts a bit of a piss taker (Joker) but he knows his stuff. Atb the best for the future from a fellow biker from Scotland, but before I go, can I ask you to please wear a crash helmet when your out riding your bikes (especially in the rain), a human skull breaks just as easy as a egg & hopefully a crash helmet will stop you from getting a Darwin award.

2 things. 1, is that the new 2022 CBR1000RR color scheme and are they from Japan? And 2, I need to see how to take the fairings from the radiator cap section.
Hey rocket! This fairing kit is actually what the new fireblades (CBR1000RR-R) have! I really like the color scheme! The radiator fairing pieces need to be unbolted from the front and top fairings and then they slide out of a grommet next to the frame. They are a bit tricky but they are like that so they are very secure on the bike
Where did you get all these rubber pieces for the front faring screws for like the windshield and the mirrors and the holes for the side fairings that connect to the front

Hey John, the fairings fit pretty well honestly. I was suprised. I had to enlarge a few holes that were too small for some of the bolts and had to trim a handful of clips because they had too much paint and plastic on them to snap together. Other than that, they fit well. I will tell you, it takes lots of patience with any aftermarket fairings.
been binge watching your videos, fantastic work. for your spider problem i had a buddy tape a bunch of industrial trash bags together and cover his bike completely and he put an electrical safe bug bomb and tied the bag off and let the bike sit for a day and had a bunch of bugs fall off and some fall out days after when he started riding it again from letting it sit for a few months. to help with the spider problem.
Dont worry about the air pressure in the front wheel
On a 1000 you pretty much dont need the front tire anyways xD
