Last night I had NO desire to work out, but I was like “I can do 20 minutes!” I knew you had many shorter ones, so I found this. More challenging than I thought! But with only two rounds I was like “I can do this”! I wish I had done it before dinner lol, but other than that this was perfect! Glad I got to move.
'no squats or lunges', then has you bend and strain back and bend knees multiple times in a non-official lunge-like move. Please don't title a video 'no lunges no squat' if you have what amounts to a lunges/squats peppered throughout the video. If someone is avoiding lunges because of knee issues they prob can't do the move where its essentially a lunge, bending and putting all your weight on one knee, but their other leg is way off to the side instead of directly in back of the body. Come on....
