The joy when it says Slow down 🎉😂 Love it - im an open swimmer 🏊♀️ 🌊 🦭i do your wrk out before breakfast and when sea 🌊 conditions are not good for swimming, which means i wrk out a lot 😂 💪. Great exercises and timelenght fit into my busy life
I'm having trouble losing weight, and have tried different workouts from various trainers. Are Burpeegirls workouts effective, and how do I know which one to choose. I'm struggling 😢
Losing weight can be very complex. A lot of factors come into play: age, gender, existing medical conditions, fitness level, among others, like your current size (if you have a lot of weight to lose for example). Eating what works for all those factors is very important too. As far as Burpeegirl, she has workouts of all lengths and levels. If you are overwhelmed, she uploads suggested workouts for each week of the year. You can start by following her suggestions for a few weeks, sleeping 7-8 hours per day, eating sensibly with portion control and drinking enough water. I hope this helps!
