I feel curious about the tomato and oregano(?) one. Is it sweet or salty? How does it taste. I want to try it!
It’s basil, not oregano. And it would be sweet since tomato is a fruit and the large ripe ones are actually sweet enough to eat like fruit. Furthermore it’s gelato so of course it will be sweet.

This looks so good. I look forward to the day that there's a "regular" gelato and a natural gelato with not so much sugar added. We have trained our taste buds to seek extremes. Watermelon is good and sweet on its own and I know this is quality desserts, maybe one day there can be a regular version and natural version.

@@ronflorax7578 I believe that, but it still feels an unnatural way for sugar intake. Maybe we aren't eating enough fruit.
@@kellykwon2220 You can do tricks to reduce the sugar for sure, but unless you like crunchy sorbet, it is literally impossible to create a 'natural' version.

¿El melón con semillas y cascara no lo hace amargo? ¿Y que ingrediente es esa liquido que parece agua pero es mas espeso? Me avisas por favor .
Tôi nghĩ đó là bí quyết nên ít ai tiết lộ. Nó ko có màu trắng như sữa (milk) hoặc kem béo (whipping cream), mà nó có màu trong như nước nhưng vẫn tạo được độ xốp cho kem tươi, nên tôi đoán đó có thể là hỗn hợp của nước + đường / dextrose / si rô ngô + gelatin (water + sucrose / dextrose / corn syrup + gelatin). Nhưng tôi không chắc có gelatin trong công thức này hay không

베스킨도 아니고 ㅠㅠ 젤라또를 저렇게 담다니.. 배출구멍에 쇠틀이 있는 이유가 아이스크림이 나올때 모양을 잡아주기 때문입니다. 이태리 젤라또 기계의 경우는 아이스크림이 나오면서 쇠틀에 의해 갈라지는데 아이스크림 점성이 있어서 다시 붙는데 이 모양이 굉장히 이쁩니다. 평평하게 담는것보다 갈라진 형태를 차곡차곡 담으면 더 이쁘고 맛잇어보여요..!!
과일의 젤라또인 경우엔 모양이 무너지는 경우가 있는데 한시간정도 냉동고에서 얼리고, 다시 쇼케이스 냉동고로 들어가면 모양이 그대로 유지됩니다!!!
