@@kartikjuneja7807 in 29th question again we have to validate the data.. not the data type.. for that we have to take all the possible combinations of data.. tosee how data is loading in different datatype...also in different tool we dont have that much facilites to chk data using tool... better to check data using sql🙏

to validate data we have to use sql queries... source minus/except target and target minus/except source... i hope its clear now
