There is a demo project that i have covered starting from requirements till testing in ETL Testing playlist and Don't worry about domain. ETL testing or development is agnostic to any domain, it doesn't play much role with regards to testing and also there are various areas and components in any domain like BFSI or healthcare so knowledge of business is important to know but it's not really have much impact specially for testing
