Thank you for this video. I also eat gluten and mostly dairy free (by choice) and recently started following a pescatarian diet. I love your content and energy here on YT as well as IG. We also love your shop because everyone enjoys a great meal regardless of the diet they follow. Thank you for the app. I've read labels for years and years so this app is super helpful. Mil Gracias de unas de sus seguidoras favoritas (porque estoy segura que somos muchas)
You are definitely eating healthy. I try my best to eat like you do. And the groceries now a days are so expensive. You are such a great example to others.
I’m generally diary free because I’m lactose intolerant (like most Latinas). I do Organic Ghee (doesn’t contain the milk protein Casein) and organic Sheep Feta and Manchego and Pecorino!! These cheeses are so good. BTW, oatmeal DOES have gluten (it’s small, but it greatly affects people with Hashimotos), so I do organic almond milk.
I love the grocery shopping trips, unfortunately I live in a small town in Wyoming and we are not as lucky to have a sprouts or trader joes. In fact our healthfood store is a laugh 😂 I have been watching my intolerances and have recently decided to go gluten, dairy and sugar free, so am happy to have found your channel 😀
Love the yuka app! My 7 year old has psoriasis after staying away from additives in his food snacks and less dairy he gets less and less flare ups with little to no steroid cremes! Food is medicine 🤍🫶🏼💫
That works? I have psoriasis & have struggled for years to get mine to settle down. Are there any particular additives you would recommend to stay away from?
Girl I subscribed because I have Graves’ disease, however I’m gaining weight, rather than losing it, which is so bizarre to other people because the myth that is out there is that people with Hyperthyroidism lose weight, but that’s far from the truth. I also have PCOS so it’s hard to find vegan, gluten-free, dairy free, high inflammatory oils free groceries that also don’t contain chemicals. Please post more of these videos, I’d love to see more of what you do to control your Hypothyroidism, and her PCOS! 🙂 Thank you!
I have Graves as well and gained weight too. Read Thyroid Healing by Anthony William. I tried everything before that. After 2 months of eliminating the no foods, I lost 15lbs. I continue to eat this way and lost all of the weight I put on and feel the best I have in a long time.
I have Hashimotos, too and try to follow a particular diet. No soy, gluten, dairy. And I also try to avoid or at least limit grains and sugar. It’s tough, but there are some fun snacks like the ones you grabbed that make it feasible. :)
I’m waiting on a diagnosis of either graves or Hoshimoto but I’m always down to learn about the extent of what you can & can’t have for certain things. I used to have to go grocery shopping for my sister as a teenager (she has celiac disease). It’s amazing what is hidden in your food.
I’m going to start using app like your to see what’s food to avoid and your also my favorite UA-cam person I watch your UA-cam videos every single day and when you post a new one
Hi! I am gluten free to and i love your videos! Could you please try to make a chewy gluten free cookie that is nut free and only sweetenned with fruits (date syrup maybe)?🍪❤
I need to get that Annie's mac n cheese. I have to be dairy free and egg free. I have been wanting mac n cheese but don't like that fake cheese flavor.
I’m curious about what kind of meat you guys eat with hasiomotos I have it too I’m only 26 but I find eating grass fed all organic meat makes a big difference do you eat grass fed?
Yeah i have to be sugar free and red meat free all due to gout and its a bummer because I'm only 22 (Similar diet also I think to yours, not 100 percent sure though!)
@@alexandra_lourdes thank you so much 😊 by the way I just left Vegas last week and I got to your coffee shop at Cesar palace. OMG it’s so gorgeous and the people that work there are so friendly and wonderful.
I eat gluten-free & dairy free plse send me app to chk when I shop it's bn hard finding the right foods. I'm trying to eat healthy... I hv to fit my health...
I understand that eating restrictions due to health issues can be difficult. But eating according to an app that was developed by people not qualified to give nutritional advice seems overkill and unwise to me. There's so much misinformation being propagated daily, and this is no different. If you have a health issue, consult your doctor and/or a nutritionist - these people actually know what they're talking about.
I see that you Handle all the fruit before you select.... Who knows who's hands handled then before you did? 🤢 I don't. I learned how very rapidly bacteria and germs pass from one person to another. I wear gloves. Also don't let my Children select then eat before hands and produce is washed. We must always be aware. You and many others may dismiss and scorn my fastidiousness, but Having had a young nephew die during the CV 19 SARS Pandemic. I take nothing for granted. Least of all the hand cleanliness of nose picking, bottom scratching, sneezing, coughing strangers, who've handled the product before I do.
