Horrible Bragg wont get to release the felon again
They shot him for no reason he had no gun on him , he was a 25 yr old male from Chelsea that they were looking for because of an assault but chased him down and killing him is crazy
But who’s the damn suspect/criminal ? Why not give us all the info?
Call the precinct and demand to know his information
