  • I had time to take us for a walk down The Vennel with its iconic view of Edinburgh Castle. We then stroll through The Grassmarket, an area rich with history dating back to the 14th century. Originally a marketplace for cattle and horses, it was also the site of many public executions. Today it is a vibrant cafe culture hotspot. We then take in picturesque Victoria Street before concluding our walk along George IV Bridge.
