Another very interesting video, for all the times I have walked along the Cowgate I never knew any of it's history, very enlightening. Also where you started in Market street I used to work there back in the days and when you went under the South Bridge that's where I used to load the lorries with fruit and vegetables for the salesmen to sell the produce down the Borders or down East Lothian, many memories here, thanks for this.🤔

Yet another very interesting video, parts of Edinburgh I grew up in, I used to stay in Cumberland Street, and used to go to Sunday School in St Stephens Church, this was many moons ago now, also used to go to Stockbridge School which you passed, all brings back good memories for me, great stuff.😊

40 years ago rose street was the place to go for 18th 21st birthdays stagnights if there was 30 people start of castle St end get to St Andrews square maby 5 left other's stayed in other pubs some that drunk went home but when they put restaurants 1st rose St tavern serving food that was it down hill then😢

Yes, Rose Street is very nice. When I was there I just bought a soda at Greggs the day before my departure. When I was at the airport the next day, I was arrested at the customs because I had forgotten I still had that bottle in my bag. 😅😅
