I haven't used a microwave since 2019. Food really does taste better when cooked on the stove either in cast iron, glass or stainless steel...love your ideas! I just need to adjust for as little contaminates as possible.
I was going to eat cereal, but your video inspired me to make a 4 course steak meal with a 5 layer decorated cheese cake for dessert, I followed this up with an iced brewed coffee using beans I roasted over a campfire and some homemade chocolate melted down with strawberries dipped in it. I'm never making cereal again!

But anyway - I have been cooking banana pancakes for my kids every Sunday morning (while Mum sleeps in lol) for 6 years (OK - sometimes I do 'corn fritters or similar) - might sneak the chocolate and strawberry/blackcurrant pancakes in as a "quality control experiment"...
I like this young man. He makes cooking so COOL looking and effortless. I learned to wash the dishes in between my cooking so I have less clean up afterwards. My parents were Hungarian, my mother would make palacsinta pronounced( pol a chinta ) which is known as crepes. She would fill it with sweetened cottage cheese and roll them. You had to use both hands to eat them as kids so the filling wouldn't fall out while eating, well I still do it that way . I'm sure people use fork and knife to eat them. That would be a meal for supper. Aww the good ole days! Her authentic apple strudel was addictive. I'm struggling to duplicate the recipe. I do know how at least to make authentic poppyseed strudel. I always make at Christmas time. Hey there, Alex, if you could try making the authentic Hungarian apple strudel an easier way I would really appreciate it and I could make them. Sooooo yummy and addictive!

OMG! This is my second video and immediately loved the retakes on these dishes; the creativity and simplicity in which anyone can make them. My own personal issue - I can't have gluten or dairy (and eggs and I don't get along very well) - but there are a few here I'm certain I can modify or use what I currently know and adjust. For instance, the stacked crepes with cream cheese, salmon, and avocado. I have seen a dish that does this, but not in the way the video depicts. Specifically, I'm thinking my crepes will work and adjust the cream cheese. Thank you!
