As to the bubonic plague bit, the plague is already present around the world and a few dozen people get it each year, generally from contact with certain species of rodents which carry it. So I don’t think the laws against digging or burying things there are due to bubonic plague.
Actually Azerbaijan and Georgia have some territory which geographicaly belongs to Europe Continent. They are same as Russia, Turkey and Kazakhstan which are Euroasia countries.

Nevertheless, it's Ukraine's territory. If Russia takes over Bakhmut, it becomes occupied, not disputed, territory. Crimea annexation is illegal and the peninsula is occupied by Russia

Kaliningrad has been German for centuries up until the Soviet Union acquired it in 1945. It was subject to ethnic cleansing, expelling the German population to the German Democratic Republic (East Germany), and it was then settled by Russian settlers, so Kaliningrad had always been German up until recently

Oh you are talking about the Western Sahara(that would be the Southern Provinces of Morocco(then again, the territory isnt fully controlled by Morocco))? But seeing as you are a Moroccan, I see where the confusion arises, but you are right, the United States DOES recognize Moroccan control over the Western Sahara. Hope that clears up some confusion
