This wouldn’t be my choice but it’s nevertheless a good choice. Michael Caine can never be overlooked. He is fabulous in all he does, especially The Man Who Would Be King, Get Carter, Zulu and The Italian Job. That was a good call.
Sean Connery is probably the best all-round Bond because he did everything well. Other Bonds were maybe better in one aspect (fight scenes / being suave / being handsome / capable of murder) and preferred because the films / villains/ gadgets / girls/ sidekicks are better in their run. (Looking at you, Roger Moore). In my list of best British actors I'd have Jeremy Irons, Dame Maggie Smith, Steve Pemberton, Rowan Atkinson, and Maisie Williams (though i haven't seen her latest work). Honourable mention to Emily Blunt for her versatility.
Gary Oldman isn't an actor, he's a chameleon! If you want to see No's 3&4 together, with No4's real wife playing No3's love interest, watch "The Man Who Would Be King".
Sean Connery? Hmmm, not a very nice bloke. Had lived out of the country for decades but felt the need to lecture everybody about the wicked English and bigging up the SNP (Scottish nationalist party) How did THAT turn out? 😁
Rowan Atkinson is fabulous, I dont know how you picked Michael Caine, he just takes the role where the most money is, thats my opinion, thats all I have to say
Michael Caine and Sean Connery together in The Man Who Would Be King is both of them at their best.
Michael Caine in Educating Rita is an acting masterclass

Sean Connery never changed his accent
I cannot believe you did not pick Daniel Day Lewis, from his portrayal in my left foot, to lincoln. The man immerses himself into every role he plays
