    Great instructional video. Loved it! Changing out the old batwing, but was not sure what I was getting into exactly. Your directions were very precise and you sold me on getting the King Jack model 088500. Thanks tremendously for your thorough instructions!

    I’m not getting any power to my signal booster any ideas?

    Why did you choose not to just replace the Winegard antenna head with the Jack head less base (OA8300). You would gain antenna height which many say the higher the better?

      Because the winegard bases are known to leak eventually and mine was broken anyway. With the complete retrofit there are no complicated moving parts to fail or leak. You don't need the few feet of antenna height, trust me.

    So you didn't need to take the Winegard power injector out and replace it with the king jack one? I read that the 2 where not compatible
