Okay, this answers the question I had about the 5AX and completely rebalances the equation. This... this is now almost good enough to be the first machine to acquire for a startup. You get a little turning capability, you can hit five sides in one op, and interpolate 5 axis moves. And, of course, insane speed. I do believe the utility of a regular VMC wins out, but would definitely look at this as the second machine.

原点位置でクランプしてる箇所の加工はワーク原点じゃなくチャックの原点で加工しているのですか❓
私もBC7という鋳物砲金を加工するのですがボーリング加工する際の原点を出すのに治具ありきで出すのでかなり難儀しています🙇♂️
Good for a demo but this is not how valves are made. I mean seriously, no one would be able to afford a valve if it is made from a 5 axis machine.
