dont buy PRS ammo for ak... its better to wait or take other weapons that ak with PRS. this ammo is garbage, you cant even pen tier 2 armor. so you have to shoot legs,arms or head.
These weapons should also continue to be pretty good as you get better ammo.

Saiga 12 gauge, 10 round mags packed with makeshift 50. BMG. 196 Damage & 26 pen, literally devastating when hit with the saiga.
For bigginers ammo like 5,45 PS and 7,62x39 is many times at fance cheaper and its same at medicaments
