Recipe for sandwich if you wanna try it is as follows:
1 stick butter
1 can albacore Tuna fish
6 oz Cheddar cheese
1 cup skim milk
Bring cheese, milk, and tuna in a saucepan to a light simmer for 3 mins stirring frequently.
Toast 6 slices white bread until golden
Serving you put 2 slices of bread on plate and 1 scoop per slice, add a dash of Worcestershire sauce and you have lunch.
Add cream cheese and hardboiled eggs diced... improves the texture and you can sub ham for the tuna
If curious, I know of a good "making of" video that shows how they make wustichire... worchestir... wourshitsire? That stuff.
