Honey Beef Jerky, very delicious and easy to make

1 tsp Mei Kuei Lu Chiew (rose liqueur) / 1 tbsp cooking wine
1 tbsp fish sauce
4 tbsp sugar
1 tsp red yeast rice powder (optional)
1 tbsp honey
a little water
