- I've probably missed many details... All scenes were taken from about 7 hours of gameplay footage. At some point there was just too much to analyse everything :p

Nice work, few bits i didnt notice in there 👍 Also I can confirm that flare guns are in the game, i didnt find one myself but the devs confirmed it during one of the Q&As 👌
There's also a picture of it in the "Dev Diaries | Multiplayer" that was posted by "Alex Spyropoulos - Senior Level Designer" on April 21st. It's in the last picture of the supply drop, the character on the left is holding one. There appears to be one also in the same picture laying on the ground between the MG42 and the ammo box/crate. So at the least it's in multiplayer.

Congratulations for the video, because it is one of the few videos that talk about the game and that has no one talking all the time. In the other videos people talk as if they have a speaker on all the time and it annoys me because I want to see and hear the sounds of the game.

we all know those videos when someone is begging for likes, the bell, subs, comments etc. and talk about their sponsor with music in the background for about 10 minutes before they even show something about the game...
my videos are all about the games, not about me, and i try to keep them as short as possible. i don't want to waste the time of the people watching them. this is the kind of videos i want to watch myself 🙂 nice to hear you like it
The new kill cam seems too busy, especially on a headshot. You can hardly tell what's going on besides an exit wound and bits and pieces flying.
as i mentioned in a previous analysis video there are less breaking bones as in se4's killcams 😕 makes the bullet impact look less powerful. the xray looks great, but i miss those "omg holy shit!" moments, you know
Really nice video, I'm much more hyped for this game now! btw, 1:09 Was this in the other SE games? I really like how it shows the impact and pain in getting shot, even his facial animations looks good
thanks 👍 afaik shooting in arms is a returning feature from se1 (haven't played it myself) there are MUCH more new details in this game. this is my 4th analysis video and this time it was just too much to show everything, that's why i linked to BrutalBarracuda's channel at the end 😉 also check out Olda Robot's channel for even more... i can't wait

@@gonzo1400 I certainly couldnt do it, but then again some controls are slightly different now. The strange thing is though i have footage of the enemy doing it 🤣

@@BrutalBarracuda Is it possible that it's tied to weapon mobility? Maybe having a more mobile loadout allows for crouch sprinting. If that is the case, then I don't mind the change.

Really like the new music in SE5, have been listening to it over and over again. Also Jaeger's blocking your melee once seen, is a mechanic returning from SE Africa, where both normal infantry and Jaeger's blocked your melee attempts once seen.

depends what you expect from a sequel. for se5 a lot of new features aren't very obvious 😉
They should use your vid to point them out… Rebellion almost do themselves a disservice.. They should of done a ‘Features’ video like this…

@@LaMOi1i assume rebellion is hiding those many details in their trailers on purpose for us to find. sure they could just simply show everything at once, but they rather let us discover all the hints and make us speculate about everything. in the end that results in more videos & articles about se5, you know 😉 imo that's very clever marketing

Edit: Seems they replaced the S-Mine and Trip Mines with the Schumine as the AP mine.
the theme was taken from rebellion's stream 😉
s-mine is replaced with schumine and tripwire is replaced with decoy - makes sense: technically the mines in se4 are all the same. only difference is the teller mine is more effective on vehicles... now we have a lethal mine, a non-lethal mine and a decoy to attract enemies.
No more tripwires? Nahhh they would not of got rid of that…

it makes sense if you think about it for a moment: tellermines, s-mines and tripmines worked all the same in previous se games. in se5 there's the lethal tellermine, the non-lethal schumine and the decoy

Ohhh that’s sucks - I loved tripwires!! It was something really unique to SE series… Every other game has some generic mines…
It felt way more immersive and realistic to set up a tripwire in a doorway… how the hell are enemies not going to see a big teller mine sitting there??

If this is the official theme for SE5, it's certainly less badass than SE4's. There's just no way to make an accordion sound awesome I guess.

Thanks for the video! I'm curious to know if there is an option to eliminate ammo pickups from dead enemies.
At the 4:29 mark, the ammo and searching option is on medium, with two spots to the left still available. I wonder if the far-left option is for none? That would be nice.
I like to use American weapon loadouts when playing this series, but part of the challenge in using American weapons in V2 and SE1, for example, was the unlikelihood of finding ammo in the field for those weapons since the enemy had German weapons, and ammunition in the game was tied to specific weapons. It added an extra challenge to the game.
Unfortunately, Rebellion opted for universal rifle, SMG, and pistol ammo in the sequels, and that seems to be the case again for SE5. With an option for no ammo and searching, however, that could alleviate my frustration with that design decision. It would make choosing a loadout and playstyle to start a mission a much more important process knowing that I would not have access to virtually unlimited ammo in the field.
i think the decision was accessability over realism, you know. they want you to try every weapon, not only non-german weapons... it's an interesting idea, but very unlikely.
Yeah I want the most hardcore experience.
In SE 4 there was an option to reduce ammo/resources found in the world and looted from enemies
I like they have weight impact movement now, but I wanted something more, something akin to Hidden and dangerous 2

rebellion streamed it on twitch 3 days ago when we were waiting for their se5 stream to start (that's why you hear a few silent menu clicking sounds in the background) how do you like it? i miss the heavy drums from se4's theme, that would make it perfect imo

not in may 2022 at least. maybe there will be a switch version a few years later (like with zombie army 4) but for now there is no switch version confirmed afaik

Can you play this on authentic mode it's the only way to play it
my plan for future se5 videos is: authentic, only kill targets, no knockouts, never spotted 😉 like i did in se4 (hardest possible way to play)

there is no authentic PLUS titled difficulty. authentic in se5 is like authentic plus in se4. no need to be worried 👍
