Hey Everyone!
My friends recently purchased Fuego Box, a monthly hot sauce subscription, for my birthday. If you would like to check it out, here is the link. There are 3 different levels that you can choose from, but my friends got me the Pain Seeker. It consist of 2 bottles of extra spicy hot sauces.
For my 2nd taste test, I am going to rank the hot sauce by 3 criteria: spicy level, taste, and uniqueness or wow factor on a scale of 1 to 5.
The first hot sauce was Exitium Pineapple Ginger Hot Sauce

Uniqueness: 4
This hot sauce wasn't too bad. Now don't get me wrong, it was pretty spicy, but it had an awesome pineapple and ginger taste. It kind of had a cumin, mustard or curry undertone as well which made it taste great. This would taste great on pizzas, burgers or Dim Sum dumplings. It reminded me a lot of the spicy mustard you get from Asian restaurants. Definitely try this hot sauce! It is great!

Taste: 4
Uniqueness: 3
This sauce is great with a super spicy pepper taste. It would be great in soups, burgers, or stews. I think something really hearty could really make this peppery sauce shine. At the first initial tasting, the spicy level was quite overwhelming, but after a few seconds it subsided and just had a great pepper taste. I also recommend this hot sauce. It is great!
