Had she stayed eligible (amateur) post Albertville, this would have been a beautiful short program for Kristi. Very mature and artistically perfection. The peak of her career! :)
She never had issues with the pick jumps, but it was always the edge jumps that gave her problems. She ditched the salchow but kept the loop. The loop would give her hiccups but the salchow she never got the timing on.
Jose Hill it's funny, I remember her talking in an interview about how her salchow was fine until her and Rudy started doing thrown Triple Salchows, and that the timing in her head probably just got screwed up and after awhile it just became a mental game for her
