I made this recipe today. My bread turned out great, thank you! I let my bread machine make the bread from start to finish. I did reshape the loaf and take the kneeling paddle out before the bread started to bake
Making this for the second time. Super easy! Produces a nice soft loaf. I let the bread machine do all the work and then baked in a bread pan in the oven.
It was infuriating to try this recipe because my breadmaker has only temperature settings and I couldn't find what the heck "medium crust" translates to in temperature, so I set it to 160 deg 10 minutes + 40 minutes of 150 deg with the glass lids on top of the bread as per the manual. It wasn't quite golden brown, so I let it rest at 37 deg for 10 minutes, and then did another 10 minutes of 160 deg (celsius) and it came out ABSOLUTELY PERFECT. (except that part of it got stuck to the container) It's so addicting! I had to have another slice after brushing my teeth. I brushed my teeth twice for this bread... I think that if you bake it at 160 deg, you should bake it for ~60 minutes to get it golden brown

Can I change the milk to water?
Yes, you certainly can.
Can we use active dry yeast instead of instant yeast?
Yes, you can substitute with active dry yeast as well.
Nice but can I sub the olive oil ?
You can use normal cooking oil.

Your bread maker looks bigger than mine. I wonder if the ingredients fits a 1.5L loaf size?
My bread maker suits for a 750g and 1 kg loaf size
Whats the point of the device if you modify all steps? Lol
I realize that using the steps I use results in a better texture bread. Of course you can just put everything in and let the machine work as well.
