I feel it was a great idea to have seymore voice the plant as it just makes things more simple

I heard that in this show, the Plant actually adopts the voices of the people it eats, layering them on top of another. Right now it's just Seymour due to the fact that it's only eaten his blood.

It's really cool, but I feel this results in a lot of the theatre sin of having your back to the audience.

I imagine this is deliberate to hide the fact that Brent is voicing both Seymour and Audrey II :)
