Wow! So happy to see you Munira❤ Thank you thank you I’ve been doing this for about 60 days, the last time you hosted the sessions was instrumental in making it a daily practice... Much love
Hi I’m in AZ. Prescott to be exact. Practicing all summer. Now sharing this practice with the CSL (Center for Spiritual Living) here in Prescott. My question is I’m dealing with major clogging of my arteries. Heart surgery for 5 blocked arteries in 2020. Surgery for a 95% blocked L carotid artery and now facing surgery on my R carotid artery in Jan. Anything I can practice other than the clapping, cupping of the l an r arm and armpits for my condition?
I am 11 years post stroke, right carotid artery. Carotid artery has 3 parts (external, internal & common). Fingers are the remote control to our brains. Pinky finger runs the heart meridian. You may find this helpful ua-cam.com/video/trzp2M1o5-8/v-deo.html Good journey💜💚
I can’t recommend this audiobook enough, it’s here on UA-cam and free. It’s the Yogi Art of the Breath, from 1908 So many of the exercises we do in SF Qigong, have a breathing exercise resembling it in the book. It’s so cool, and obviously part of ancient wisdom. ua-cam.com/video/V72L6RH3OD8/v-deo.html
