I love that you use reasonably priced materials and still get beautiful results. Watercolor can be expensive if you buy professional paints and sable brushes, even more if you shop retail. So I appreciate that you’ve included all the Amazon links. I’m waiting for my Princeton snap brush any day.❤️🌸 can’t wait to try it.
I, too, am a beginner and watching you in real time is so incredibly helpful. I love all your paintings and am consistent to try each one! I really appreciated the one where you talked about paper. I was wondering why I couldn't keep my paper wet enough to do the bleeding of paint like you do. Now I know it's the paper not me! LOL Thank you for all your videos!
Great video. Coincidentally I came across a vase of these lilies today. I took a picture of them with the intention of painting them, and here you are with this wonderful tutorial. Perfect timing.
Funny I was just thinking I wanted to paint these, as they were the "star" of my wedding bouquet. So not an easy flower to paint! Love your feathering affect. Was like the 4th of July!
Thank you for making and sharing your videos! I'm pretty new to watercoloring, trying to teach myself via UA-cam videos. I've found your videos the most informative and easiest to understand and follow. Thanks again for the help, I'll continue to watch, learn and be inspired by your videos. ♡
I am learning so much from you! Thank you for your tutorials! My husband said to me "Wow, your art is so much better! What happened? LOL, I said it's all Emma :)
Pamela! That's SO funny! My husband just said the same thing to me yesterday when I painted Emma's cherry blossoms! Emma makes us so much better so much faster. I finally feel successful. :)
Your tutorials have helped me immensely!! Love their simplicity. And the final product turns out amazing! In this tutorial, what shade of pink are you using? Permanent rose or opera rose?
I like your videos a lot and I’ve learned a lot. Sometimes, though I need to now what colors you have used, such as the bright pink in this video. Some colors just don’t seem to spread as well as others, even though I’m using the same paper. Thanks.
The middle parts are stamens (pronounced like 'stay-mens'), my mum is a florist and stargazer lilies are her favourite flowers - so I'm definitely going to give this a go sometime! 😊❤️
It actually looks like the leaves are curved. Awesome painting. Thanks

You are very talented and make it look so easy. I haven’t even tried watercoloring yet. But I hope to do as good as you.
Wow Wow Wow! Really good painting. I’m going to give it a try. 🎨

This is gorgeous! I’m a beginner and hope to be able to paint this someday. You are a great teacher!
So pretty!
Thank you Emma for your tutorial on the stargazer Lily. Your instructions have been very clear and precise. I love your style.❤️
Excellent video - stargazers are one of my favourite flowers!
My fave of your floral tutorials so far 💜🌸🌿🌺🌹

Thank you. I have overcomplicated this flower for the longest time until now. Again, thank you.
Your lily is lovely! The way you showed and explained the process of painting is extremely helpful!
Lovely. Thank you. I agree with two jars of water.
Beautiful. Thank you
I love star gazer lilies, you can almost smell the heavenly scent from yours. (The green centers are stamens.)

Great technique.....thanks
Advice on cutting your paper down to size without ruining it? Thanks in advance
Use two jars of water. One to clean your brush and the second to pick up clean water from.
Your son waking up scared the hell out of me omg 😂 great video though!
Can you please do marigolds?
❤️
Those are stamens, xoxo
Pistils and Stamens.
