That's part of the power of Disney animation.
Rip to this beautiful woman, Angela Lansbury..thank you for being involved in the happiness for so many young kids all over the world 🥺
Just found out she passed today October 11. Another legend has passed away it's a sad day.
Rest in Peace to this incredible woman. Thank you for being a big part of our childhoods!
R.I.P Angela Lansbury. Thank you for voicing Mrs. Potts in Beauty and the Beast and in other Disney media. We will never forget you.😢
She was so joyful! I love her even more... I didn't realize that was possible. 💖
My favourite part of my favourite song for belting out on the motorway. Rip miss Lansbury 🙏
Someone showed me a clip of her in an old movie, Samson and Delilah, she was an absolute knockout in her day. Miss Jerry so much.
Watch Gaslight 1944. She was nominated for an Oscar for best supporting actress.
We need the Jerry Orbach version too!
Jessica fletcher and Harry McGraw
Yes
I love the natural way she sings
Some very sad news. This amazing person has passed away at 96 today.
This is my UA-cam pick-me-up video. Literally the happiest video on here. 😍
This makes me want to see the movie again.
To see what goes into this is amazing. Beautiful voices. It gets put into our fond memories. Angela Lansbury is wonderful.
Rest In Peace Dame Angela Lansbury, literally the greatest of all time.
Best wishes to Angela Lansbury - first movie I ever saw as Bedknobs and Broomsticks - still remember the feeling of wonder and discovery at the movie theater - Angela Lansbury was a big part of this experience.
If there was ever a person to respect and love 😍 what an amazing human
RIP to Angela Lansbury! What a legend!
Such an insane amount of talent went into this movie.
I've only seen Angela Lansbury in dramatic roles such as Murder She Wrote. I was surprised at how well she sings. 🎵🎼
Her work in musical theatre is outstanding.
@@phoebegilliland8897 Thank you Phoebe.
She won several (4 out of 5) Tony Awards as best Actress in a Musical, including the first Revival of „Gypsy“ after the legendary Ethel Merman.
@@vully70 WOW! Thank you. Vully.
She was the original Mrs Lovett in Sweeney Todd and there's a recorded production out there of her and George Hearn. If you've ever seen the Tim Burton version, you should check out that version and be amazed at the difference in the character portrayals.
Now this is the kind of wholesome content I will stop everything in the middle of a workday to watch.
Literally crying because she's gone now :( feels like the end of an era 😢 so much talent and love in that woman
I don't think no one could top her when she sang the theme song. She has a comfort voice (a voice that just makes you feel at ease). If you have ever seen Bedknobs and Broomsticks (I first saw it in the 80s in elementary) there is an extended version that you can purchase and she had a lot more singing in that role than what was originally released and shown on the Disney Channel back in the 80s.
Angela Lansbury died, October 11, 2022. At the age of 96. Rest in peace, Dame Angela.
This looks like so much fun to film, everyone singing and laughing together. What a fun cast
❤ Remembering Mrs Pott and Mrs Fletcher ..thank you for the warmth and love you radiated to the world ❤ Angela Lansbury ❤
Angela is a saint
This is wonderful to see and to have to help Angela Lansbury Live on . Thank you!!
This is just golden. All of these behind the scenes clips from back then are golden classics. And Dame Angela Lansbury... be still my heart!!!
I saw her on Broadway in “A Little Night Music” and with even a few lines she made you believe she was the character. It was stunning how good she was. Have never forgotten it.
RIP Dame Lansbury, such a delight and forever remembered.
She was my childhood and pat carrol as well .
May they Rest In Peace
