Sté he’s not half crippled actually, just uses a cane bc of back surgery from playing drums for decades. Voice still iconic and gives shivers of sheer joy. And we still have him sharing it all with us. We lose amazing talent way too soon. So glad he is letting us join in extending this era...

I mean, when they were youngsters in Genesis, Steve Hackett sat while playing guitar. If a 67-year-old Phil needs to sit to give a performance as great as this, then we might as well give him as much leeway as we gave Steve-o back in the 70s when they were all 20-something kids!

I’m so thankful and so glad I bought a single ticket at the last minute the day Phil performed in Columbus, Ohio back in 2018. His son is an amazing musician just like his Dad is! Poor Phil was sitting in a chair the whole time singing but he still had it voice wise! His band was Top Notch!

I’m afraid I’m going to cry when I see him and Genesis come out on stage this fall. I never thought in a million years a few years ago that I’d get to see him live or that he’s even ever go out on tour again.
I know i did 2 years ago when I saw him live. Not anywhere close to being the best concert I have ever attended, but definitely one of the most important.
@@starsourcer - i still recommend you go. I’ve seen many artists get older and some lose the ability. But they still pour their soul and heart into it, and even though they might not be as good as before, it’s still amazing to witness their progression. At least i think so. ☺️

Phil Collins pulls off a better show sitting down then most mainstream artists today running around the stage. I hope someday we'll all get to see him play drums along side his son.

The Phil Collins concert was really really remarkable I have the pill for so long that really there isn't anything bad that I could say about him I'm just glad that I have the opportunity to see that particular show and sing along and reminisce over some of my favorite songs thank you so much for sharing and allowing us to watch this wonderful concert together
Saw Phil at the old Spectrum for the No Jacket Required tour. I'll never forget it. Phil came out in a Flyers jersey, and rocked the house with a slew of hit songs equaled by few. Always loved his horn lines, written like only a drummer could. Seeing Leland Sklar still by his side on bass even after all these years makes me smile.
I was there in Dublin and Wienna too. I will never forget those moments. He paid the price of our entertainment. But his thoughts are in a whole generation's minds. And those are true, positive, valuable thoughts. Nowdays there is more entertainer like he is.
Thanks to the cameraman! We are watching a living breathing legend! I think he STILL sounds great! I also think his son is an awesome son! The kind of son that will take great care of his father, not only in music but in phils declining years to come. That is sadly rare these days. Thank you phil, for all the memories!
But there's not only Nick! Everybody who loves Genesis check out Phil's son Simon Collins' band ,,Sound of Contact" and their awesome 2013 album ,,Dimensonaut"! Great music with beautiful melodies and a very lively drum sound, just like his father in the early 1980s! You will love it.

Still one of my favorite live shows I've ever seen. Luis Conte and Nic playing that drum duet was absolute phenomenal. I was completely fixated in my seat while people around me got up to get refreshments. And the best thing ever when the Phil and them played on their cajóns together showing Phil can definitely keep a rhythm down even with all the problems he has.
Saw this concert here in Sydney, January 2019, it was a wonderful evening and so good to see most of the same performers that he has played with for many, many years. They have also aged, but are still excellent in their respective fields, like Daryl Stuermer and Brad Cole. So very pleased to see them all together and having a great time, and of course Phil and Nic together. A perfect evening. Cheers.

I saw Phil 26 years ago in Sydney and he was awesome. When I saw him back in January in Sydney after all those years, I have to say he was awesome again. And it was great to see his son, Nick on drums.

What a man! Knew him since I was just a little kid. Remembered he had "a few" great tracks. When I look back now, I realize he had a lot of them, and today the man still stands and sounds fucking awesome. 1 word: total respect!
Love Phil Collins every since the movie Against all Odds been a fan every since then. His voice and his drumming abilities incredible. just don’t hear great music like this anymore, real authentic music. Phil was always one of my favorite artists. I still remember singing karaoke to his songs in 1988. But to see him not standing through a performance, or drumming, and hearing his voice struggle . . . brings me a heavy heart because it reminds me of my own humanity. But thanks for 30 years being my friend Phil. You brought a lot of joy to this old boy and the young boy I was.

Still one of my favorite live shows I've ever seen. Luis Conte and Nic playing that drum duet was absolute phenomenal. I was completely fixated in my seat while people around me got up to get refreshments. And the best thing ever when the Phil and them played on their cajóns together showing Phil can definitely keep a rhythm down even with all the problems he has.

Saw this concert here in Sydney, January 2019, it was a wonderful evening and so good to see most of the same performers that he has played with for many, many years. They have also aged, but are still excellent in their respective fields, like Daryl Stuermer and Brad Cole. So very pleased to see them all together and having a great time, and of course Phil and Nic together. A perfect evening. Cheers.

I saw Phil 26 years ago in Sydney and he was awesome. When I saw him back in January in Sydney after all those years, I have to say he was awesome again. And it was great to see his son, Nick on drums.

What a man! Knew him since I was just a little kid. Remembered he had "a few" great tracks. When I look back now, I realize he had a lot of them, and today the man still stands and sounds fucking awesome. 1 word: total respect!
Love Phil Collins every since the movie Against all Odds been a fan every since then. His voice and his drumming abilities incredible. just don’t hear great music like this anymore, real authentic music. Phil was always one of my favorite artists. I still remember singing karaoke to his songs in 1988. But to see him not standing through a performance, or drumming, and hearing his voice struggle . . . brings me a heavy heart because it reminds me of my own humanity. But thanks for 30 years being my friend Phil. You brought a lot of joy to this old boy and the young boy I was.

Saw Phil tonight (28 Jan) in Perth Western Australia and got to say he sounds as good as ever. Loved the concert and so rapt to have seen him - legend. Keep on keeping on Phil - Not Dead Yet.
read his book "not dead yet" and a very very good book.one book to read if you haven't yet.i have always like phil and genesis..what a legend and sad to see everything he went through health wise but he still sounds amazing..hope to get to see him once.
Phil still sounds good and i think its great that his son steps in on the drums and takes over for his dad.....IT JUST WORKS.
To the power that be please let me see him in concert this year. As soon as I gotten money to go to his last concert tragedy struck my family. Now I got to get the money somehow to make his next concert. Please god let me find the way. He’s such a treasure and I have got to see him with my own two eyes before I exit this life.
