It feature full independent suspension, front wheel drive, hand of god + working steering wheel, a sequential 3 speed gearbox with the switch lever behind the steering wheel and a working pedal clutch

Lego should make a technic fwd car, sure the supercars are nice, but im curious to see how they would go about a transverse engine layout

I find it really funny how the clutch turns the engine off
To showcase the function the model is powered by the wheels, which cause the motor to stop when opening the clutch.
If it was powered from the fake engine (like on a real car), then the wheels will stop when opening the clutch
Lego should make something like this

0:54 Gear Numbers are in wrong order. At Higher Gear the Motor should Turn slower at Same wheel Speed😉

Great video and cool model and I wish you made the gearbox with newer parts because I don’t have the 2 old red parts I have the newer grey ones and with one shifter piece not the 2 shifter arms but still have the stick shift

its unrealistic how the engine goes faster every time he gears. the only thing changing is the gearbox ratio, not then engine speed
The motion is being driven through the wheel, not the engine block, so action of the ratios is reversed.
Nice hard work
But when clutch is press pistons dont stop every time
Thanks ! It stop because I have to power the wheels to demonstrate the clutch. If it was the fake engine powering the wheels, the engine won’t stop at each clutch actuation

Lol you did the gearbox wrong
If the engine rotates the fastest it means first gear, because first gear is easy to run so the engine rotates fast
Second gear is a little bit heavier to run so engine goes slower
Third gear is the heaviest to run so the engine runs the slowest
So if you can please correct it :)

The engine stop evrytime theres a cluchtand theres no r gear
@@acidflowsalt2321 the engine stops in every time the clutch is actuated because the wheels are driving the engine, not the other way around as it's a manual car
that not a car without AIRBAGS HoW IT WOULD BE SaFE add a airbag system and its will be a good lego technic 'car'
